Chapter 28

As tension filled the room, Kyle and the others exchanged uneasy glances, unsure of how to proceed in the face of Hary's sudden arrival and emotional outburst. Murong Shao stepped forward, his voice calm but firm.

"Hary, we're trying to save him," Murong Shao said gently, placing a hand on Hary's shoulder in an attempt to calm him. "We don't have much time. Kyle and Kaden have a plan, and we need to act quickly."

Hary's grip tightened around the man lying on the bed, his eyes filled with fear and desperation. "I can't lose him," he whispered, his voice cracking with emotion.

Kyle approached Hary slowly, his expression sympathetic. "We don't want to hurt him, Hary. We're trying to find a way to save him," Kyle said softly, hoping to reassure him.
