Getting Organized

Thinking she had escaped the barrage of questions that Stephan and Dawn were having to deal with, Jessica was quietly sitting down and enjoying the supper she had been served when she noticed Marcus had sat down right across from her and was staring at her intently. Feeling like he was holding her under a microscope, Jessica asked between bites, "You come to argue with me some more about the hydroponics setup up in the ship or something?"

"No." Marcus bluntly stated, "Dawn was telling that lady that you and her are able to test for abilities and you would be going house to house doing this testing tomorrow. But before you get tied up in that, I was wanting to know if you could test me today to see if I have any other abilities in addition to this seer ability?"

"What?!" Jessica demanded as she almost choked on her food because of the surprise, "She's done volunteered me to go door to door testing folks for abilities?! I swear this girl is gonna work me to death!"
