Best Choice

"Really, you all decided to start eating without me? How my feelings are hurt." his friends were mostly done eating by the time that Keith had gotten back to campus. He hadn't expected them to all still be sitting in the same place that he had left them in. 

His attention was quickly diverted from this when he noticed the food that was on the table. He could only guess that the extra bag was for him. 

"If you had been wanting to join us, you should have gotten here sooner." Chester pointed out as finished the rest of his burger, trying not to frown at how sticky his fingers were. 

"If you had told me that you had gone and got food, I would have made it here a lot sooner." Keith retorted as he came over to the table. Callum made some space so that he could bring another chair over if he wanted to sit at the table with everyone else.
