"Sophie? Sophie!" Harry shook his wife who had spaced out for minutes and didn't seem to see or hear anything.
Having been lost in thought for a while, she was startled when her shoulders were shaken. She forced a smile. "Harry? Did you say anything just now?"
He scrutinized her eyes. "What's going on with you? You look distressed."
She avoided his gaze. "I miss Jasmine. I was thinking about her a moment ago."
While her reason sounded convincing, he took her hand and made her look at him. "I feel like you have been hiding something from me."
"I…" She opened her mouth.
"How long have we been married? It's been decades. That should be long enough for you to know that you can tell me anything." He reminded her. Although he didn't want to pressure her, he was still upset. "Why didn't you tell me that Jasmine was here?"
"You found out…" She looked horrified.
