I may not say it to you but your touch makes me feel at ease, it grounds me. It makes me feel secured that you are there for me," He said as a matter of fact. In every word he says, his eyes becomes wistful. I watched him deliver his response closely, his Adam's apple bobbed in each word he spat.

I wrapped my fingers around his, not minding the difference in size. His hands is way bigger and mine is very small which made me think that he may actually be right. I have always loved to feel his warm body against mine. Just like he said, it also makes me feel safe. It is like a safe sanctuary amidst this chaotic and complicated world of ours.

My head is now leaning  against his shoulder, "You think so?" I gripped his hands tightly and snuggled to him closer. I felt his chest move as he burst into laughter.
