The meeting of both the father and daughter went on for about half an hour, after which Shira walked out of the room. Her eyes lit up in happiness as she saw me. With a light nod to me, I started to follow her as the two of us walked towards her room. After a few minutes of walking, we reached Shira's room as we entered.
The door closed behind us as Shira jumped into my embrace, like a cat purring as she rubbed herself on me. Holding her body, I slowly patted her back as we made our way to a chair in the room. I took a seat first as Shira found herself on my lap, contentment oozing out of her. I let her be, enjoying the moment, after which I spoke.
"Is something wrong?"
"Why do you ask?" She returned with a question as her head lay on my chest.
"It just looks like you are a bit worried," I replied.
