Gu Chaoyan headed into the lobby, wondering what he wanted.

Apart from Qian Shao, who was seated in the lobby, some other strangers were present too. One of the strangers was dressed in an official uniform which did not seem to be like anyone from the governmental office. She had no impression of what official position this man might possibly be in, but… Gu Chaoyan did not think that Qian Shao and this man were up to any good.

Gu Chaoyan sized up the crowd in the room.

Qian Shao patted the arm of the man next to him, telling him to check out Gu Chaoyan. The man, who had been wearing a bitter expression on his face, smiled at the sight of Gu Chaoyan.

"Uncle, this is the lady doctor you talked about?" The man asked straightforwardly.

"Yes." Qian Shao smiled and nodded.
