Yun Family Competition

Cross was sitting on a wooden pillar, he stabbed into the ground right next to the Sacred Cloud Arena. He was watching the fights going on with a bored expression, these kids were honestly trash. That was his professional opinion!

Though, Cross' requirements were pretty strict. His kids were okay in his eyes but they were exceptional in others'. First of all, Pandora and Zephyr haven't faced any hardships for their entire lives, they've been living in peace the entire time.

Cross wanted to let them loose but Luna was reluctant to let them leave, they were her little babies! She didn't want them to run around, if they pissed someone off, she would never see them again! Cross had already made necklaces to block 3 attacks from anyone as strong as him, but Luna was still reluctant.

Cross had also made them weapons, Zephyr chose Twin Hammers and Pandora surprisingly chose a massive battle axe. He made them both their weapons and a set of battle skills for them. Zephyr's hammers were special as they could come together and form a giant two handed hammer.

Luna was helpless to their choices. Seems like their had Cross' crazy battle lust. For the last month they had been fighting against each other, training their weapons. Luna watched over them very carefully.

Cross had also taught them 'Void Step' and the 'Great Way of the Buddha', he was happy that she actually both reached the first threshold of the 'Great Way of the Buddha' he pushed them extremely hard and taught them what he knew to survive.

His requirements were very harsh and he wouldn't have his kids be spoiled little young masters. They needed to go through life and death trials to grow, or else they would remain brats forever! Which wasn't ideal.

Luna and Cross got into a small argument over it, but Cross explained what he thought and comforted Luna that they were absolutely safe. They just needed to think they weren't, or else they would be useless brats in the end.

Who didn't want their children to be great?

Luna was sad but Cross told her that he would let them go when they got to the Sky Profound Continent. Luna reluctantly agreed and Cross gave her some special care, being extremely loving and gentle. Luna loved it but the issue with the kids was still weighing on her mind.

In the end, she talked with Mu Yurou a lot about it, and Mu Yurou was more than happy to help her out.

Cross watched the fights with a bored expression before some old men showed up and someone said "The Great Elders are here!" he then named all of the 36 elders, Cross looked at the guy and the guy suddenly held his chest before falling to the ground and saying "Mr. Yun... I don't feel so good..." then he turned into ashes and drifted away.

Cross sighed and poured out some wine as he lamented "Farewell exposition man... You have fulfilled your noble purpose!" before drinking from his gourd and turning back to the commotion. The Mu family showed up right after the elders and only Mu Yurou's brother came, sitting next to her.

Mu Yurou was still talking to Luna about the kids and didn't even greet Mu Yubai. Mu Yubai looked at Cross and said "Oi! What are you doing up there!" Cross looked down and said "What are you doing down there?" Mu Yubai raised a brow before saying "Touché" and that was the end of that conversation.

They both turned back to the stage. Unparalleled Under Heaven and Number One Under Heaven appeared, these were the names of the Elves. Number One Under Heaven was the name of the guy Cross slapped. Funnily enough, the little Elf girl's name was Number Seven Under Heaven and her father's name was Greatest Ambition Under Heaven, Unparalleled Under Heaven was Greatest Ambition Under Heaven's brother.

Make sense? No? Well...

Anyway!

Yun Waitian, the guy who would be slapped out of existence soon, flew up to the air and greeted them kindly, almost fawning over them. Cross heard this guy was trying to become the Patriarch because Yun Che's dad was injured, well maybe his ambition will be useful in the Underworld Empire!

A shrill voice sounded "Oh my!" Cross retched and said out loud "What the fuck was that?" it was completely silent and a loud "YOU!" was heard before a palm was shot at Cross, who looked up and swatted the palm away saying "You filthy creature dared to attack me!?"

Cross opened his hand and the man was in his hands, Cross said coldly "Let's see why you disgust me so much eh?" the man started screaming in pain, Cross spat "Gross! Just being near you makes me feel disgusting!" he shook his hand and the man exploded into blood mist, strangely none of it got on him.

Cross sneered and the blood caught fire and disappeared. Cross looked at Yun Che and said "Yeah, yeah, I know. I'll fix it." he snapped his fingers and everyone, except Yun Che and Luna, forgot about the man and the incident completely.

Cross went back to drinking as normal and Yun Che chuckled, the fights went on and Yun Xinyue showed off a Cyan profound handle. Cross looked curious and whispered "Little bro, you have one of these too?" Yun Che nodded and Cross added "Suffice to say, only Yun bloodlines have this?"

Yun Che was the only one who could hear him and nodded again, Cross then said "This Xinyue... He is very annoying, his face makes me want to punch him... As I recall, second brother doesn't have a Profound handle?" Yun Che's eyes opened wide and he looked at Cross incredibly, Cross looked down and winked while chuckling.

Yun Che grinned and stayed silent.

A while later

The three Grand Elders showed up, and one Duke Hui Ye. They all talked but to Cross, they might as well be spewing shit, he couldn't care less.

All problems could be solved with a slap!

That was the ultimate meaning behind the 'Divine Slapping Arts' to cultivate such a method... You had to be as arrogant as the sky was high! If not then it just would be worthless, only the true blue young masters could use this. The ones who fear nothing!

Cross still hadn't found a suitable successor to his 'Divine Slapping Arts' he was even improving on it everyday! Cross decided to name it '1000 Hands of God' it sounded much better like this. Plus maybe he could leave his own inheritance!

Cross rubbed his chin, that actually wasn't too bad an idea! Maybe before he left the Blue Pole Star he would leave his Inheritance in some dangerous place! Maybe he would see his inheritor in this life! That sounded like a really fun idea!

He imagined a youth, who had lost everything! His wife canceled their marriage because he was crippled and he was desperate for strength, so he went to a dangerous place and stumbled upon his Inheritance and became a top expert! A hero of his generation, rising above all others and meeting him in the higher Realms.

As Cross was drooling over his 'perfect inheritor' the clan competition kept going on. Yun Che was questioning Xinyue and said "Tell me… Who are those that attempted to assassinate Yun Xiao and... who is the owner of yours!"

Cross came back and looked the stage, startled. Had he been day dreaming for so long? Yun Xinyue said "The ones who attacked Yun Xiao and Number Seven Under Heaven is… from the Helian Family… Master… is Duke Huai Palace's…"

Cross chuckled and waved, a barrier appeared round Duke Hui Ye and Venerable Stone Dragon, Yun Xinyue finished "Duke Hui Ye."

'BOOM' Venerable Stone Dragon blew himself and Duke Hui Ye up.

Cross chuckled and his aura pressured everyone down as he said "Let's play nice, folks. This is getting juicy~"

Yun Che chuckled and sneered at Duke Hui Ye as he said "Getting antsy?" Yun Qinghong shouted "Scram out of my Yun residence! On account of your 100 years of serving the Demon Emperor, I will spare your ant life today!" Duke Hui Ye snorted and left, Cross said "Oi, why don't just kill him and slaughter this Duke whatever place?"

Yun Che made a gesture and Cross rolled his eyes muttering "So boring. These ants aren't even fun to play with..." Yun Che chuckled and looked at Yun Waitian as he said "Is this enough proof for you?" Yun Waitian was white as a ghost.

Cross blurred and appeared in front of Yun Xinyue as he said "This guy... He wants to start a revolution.. This.. We kill him right?" Cross apparently wasn't asking and his fingers turned gold, digging into his arm.

Everyone's eyes widened and Yun Waitian shouted "Insolent!" as he shot towards Cross and Yun Che, Cross waved and said "Die." Yun Waitian exploded into blood mist and Cross pulled out a cyan drop of blood, mumbling "I've never tried this before..."

He waved and Xiao Yun flew over, Cross bit his finger and merged his blood with the cyan one before pushing it into Xiao Yun's arm. Xiao Yun growled in pain for a while before a blue profound handle came out.

Cross clapped and said "Great! Great! As expected, I'm a genius!" Yun Che rolled his eyes and said "Little bro, you okay?" Xiao Yun nodded and played with his blue profound handle happily, before hugging Cross saying "Big brother... Thank you." Cross patted his head and said simply "It was nothing."

Cross looked at the elders and said "Seems like this was worth it? Losing a moron and a cripple for a genius?" the elders nodded frantically, Yun Qinghong and Mu Yurou smiled happily. Cross smiled and said "Unfortunately, you will not remember my involvement. Sooorrryyy~" before snapping his fingers.

Only Yun Che, Luna, and Xiao Yun remembered.

Cross said seriously "Second bro, you can't tell anyone it was me okay? Just say it awakened just now or something. That's what they think." before flickering back to the wooden pillar. Luna smiled gently at Cross, who winked at her and mouthed 'You're not sleeping tonight'

Luna's cheeks turned pink and she cursed "Bastard!" Cross chuckled and turned back to Yun Che, breezing through the rest of the competition. Xinyue was put to death for attempting revolt and Yun Waitian was said to have killed himself in grief.

A few days later

Cross was following Yun Che, they were both using the Extreme Mirage Lightning. Suddenly they came across a small lake, Jasmine said "A lake? Go take a look!" Yun Che went down and Cross floated by him, completely invisible.

Yun Che hid behind a bush and peeped at the little girl in ugly grey clothes. Cross was floating above Yun Che, not cautious in the least, there was none in this world who could see him if he didn't want them to.

The girl landed in the middle of the pond and submerged her calves in the lake. She spread open her hands and burst into flames. Yun Che and Cross' eyes widened as they looked at the girl, the fire didn't affect her hair... but her clothes... Not a chance.

Her stark naked body was on display for anybody who dared to take a look in this direction. The girl's body was very delicate and it could even be described as rather petite. Narrow snowy shoulders, a slender waist, small buttocks and even her breasts swelled slightly on her chest. Her skin was as snow-white and delicate as a newborn baby's; it was like jade, pure and smooth without blemish. It was to the extent that it even began to resemble the sparkling, translucent and limpid qualities of white jade. One could even see the faint outlines of blue veins being traced along her skin, and this was especially apparent on her slim and slender snowy thighs, where it was snow-white and tender to the point of being transparent.

Yun Che gulped and the girl snapped her head in Yun Che's direction with a killer look. Yun Che immediately bolted at his fast speed possible, Cross watched as the girl blurred and grey clothes appeared before she shot after him.

Cross held back his laugh and flew after the two. He wasn't enchanted in the least. All of his girls were much better than her, at least that's what Cross thought anyway. He was interested in two things she possessed. The Golden Crow Bloodline and the absurd killing intent she has. The rest.. meh. He has his own little beauties at home.

Suddenly, Jasmine, Luna, and Feng Xue'er felt sweet in their hearts.

Jasmine was still seething in rage that Cross just stared at the girl's body. Cross heard from his necklace "Like what you saw?" Cross chuckled and answered "Is my little Jassy jealous? You shouldn't be. I am interested in her Golden Crow Bloodline though... Also her killing intent is absurd! How many people do you have to kill to get that? She's like a pit to hell!"

Jasmine was stunned, this guy... He was talking about something else entirely! She giggled and realized that he was a moron, who only had eyes for them and valued true feelings over looks. She said "Probably more than you~"

Cross scoffed and said "Nonsense! How many people could she have possibly killed?!" Jasmine just laughed and a huge 'BOOM' was heard. Cross floated over and looked at the giant fire, the girl looked at the firs before disappearing with a snort.

Cross laughed and waved his hand, the flames were snuffed out and Yun Che popped out of the ground saying "Fuck! She's crazy!" Cross just burst out laughing above him.
