Chapter fifty-five

Paisley POV

I had a tough time getting ready with Aurora interrupting me frequently. Lyn has been here and even with her support, I found it hard to get myself ready for tonight

I wondered how she will cope with how needy she is right now

"We will be fine"promised Lyn after noticing the worry I had on my face

"Thank you" those four words were enough to get rid of every worry I had in me. I trusted Lyn to look after Aurora like she would her kid

"It's fine, just return to us with great news. I can't wait for you and Blake to get back together" she responded her voice laced with hope

I sincerely hoped so too. It's been torture been away from him, having to watch him from afar knowing he had no memory of me

"I hope I come back with a wonderful news too Lyn, I do" I responded with the same voice she had used.

As though Aurora could understand what we were talking about, she cooed in agreement

We both laughed at her cuteness
