New Threat

Noah and Mihir were interrupted by the energy fast approaching them, they stopped abruptly for this was not a fight to the death and if someone was nearby then they needed to figure out who because this was no place where anyone could live. It was impossible for anyone to live here to say the least but Mihir had no interest in fighting anyone for now because he did not want to go overboard so he relaxed his body and the barrier dissipated.

Noah too, returned to closing one of his eyes and putting his gun in his back strap.

"You feel it too, don't you?" Noah asked and Mihir nodded.

"I thought we were the only ones?" Mihir asked Noah and Noah nodded back.

The ice suddenly broke apart, and this made their footing loose, but Mihir managed to find a strong foothold but Noah plunged into the water.
