Dream of reality

Stephanie sat in the corner of the prison as she thought about her dream again.

She had a dream of her best friend, Kaycee, crying and saying how she was alive and how she misses her.

She thought, "Is that just a dream? But why was it so clear. I didn't even forget my dream, yet.

And that pendant is familiar too. I saw it in a picture of my mom and her friend. Her friend had it on her neck."

Stephanie slowly crawled towards the entrance of the prison and looked around to find the kidnapper gone.

She yelled towards Noah, Kaycee's brother, "Hey, Noah! Does Kaycee have a green pendant that shines?"

Noah looked at Stephanie and said, "No! But I have it- Wait! Where is it?

I had it when I was locked here too. It is gone? He (the kidnapper) took it? No."

Stephanie breathed heavily, as she didn't know what to believe. She didn't want to raise her hopes high thinking her friend is alive too.
