(THE HAPPENING)

-ASTROD KINGDOM-

Prince Adam strides back to his palace when a butler blocks his way. He looks at him with a frown.

"Greetings to you, your highness," His father butler greets him, along with four well build knights standing behind him.

"What brings you here, Sed?" Prince Adam asks,

Sed Hal Sondrolen 34 years old. King Phantrel, butler and childhood best friend. He's been serving the king ever since seven years old. His father, YangMo, is also the previous King butler and best friend.

"Your highness, your eyes are glittering. Did you cry?" Sed ask,

"Don't play around. Recite your reason fast," Prince Adam reply, pissed.

"His Majesty the King request for you into his throne room," Sed reply,

"I am tired today, tell him I will visit his palace tomorrow," Prince Adam responds,

"I figured that is your reply so, I bring them today," Sed mentions, showing the four bulky knight guard behind him.

"What?" Prince Adam got confused.

"They're your salvation, bring Prince Adam straight to his majesty," Sed demand, and the four knights behind him followed his order.

"Touch me, and you are all going to DIE!" Prince Adam threat, as Sir Ken stands beside him on guard.

"Hurry now, don't be afraid, take him to his majesty right away," Sed force demands, then the knight does his order. Sir Ken pulled out his sword, but before he can point it at them. Sed already does it for him.

"I see, so your knight is not as sharp as the rumored says," Sed mentions as he pointed his wrist knife to Sir Ken's throat.

"Enough! I will go," Prince Adam stops them from fighting.

"Thank you, your highness. Shall we go then?" Sed reply, smiling.

"You go ahead to my chamber first, Sir Ken," Prince Adam demand,

"But..." Sir Ken felt worried.

"Don't worry, go now," Prince Adam assures him as he nods, bowed, and leaves.

"Come now, your highness," Sed call and Prince Adam then followed him to his father's palace.

-Duke Residence-

"Are you sure we don't need to call for a physician?" Duchess Aerwen asks, worried. They're still inside the guest room.

"Yes, mother," Cathlen answer,

"How dare he hurt you!" Duke Thranduil still has anger towards Prince Adam,

"Honey, maybe Prince Adam has a reason,"

"Even if he had a reason for his actions. He's still not allowed to hurt our daughter!" Duke Thranduil's objection.

"Your right," Duchess reply,

"Is okay, mother and father is my fault also because I told him. That I don't want to marry him anymore," Cathlen speak,

"WHAT?" Her parents got surprised.

"Sweetheart, are you sure of how you feel right now?" Duchess asks,

"Yes," Cathlen answer with a second thought.

"Why you don't want to marry the Prince anymore?" Duke Thranduil asks,

"Because I got tired and lost interest," Cathlen speaks out her reasoned.

'Well, I need to let him go because he will be only a big hole to my plan, and besides, he will still get hurt because once the lamp already in my hand. I will then disappear like a bobble,'

"Is that all?" Duchess Aerwen ask,

"Yeah," She replies,

"That's only a mild reasoned sweetheart. You two can work it out somehow. Your feelings for him will be back once you two spend lots of time together again," Duchess Aerwen mention,

'This woman, why don't you do it yourself then?' She complains,

"I don't think so. What the Prince did to me today was very disappointing," Cathlen respond,

"But you know the reason, right?" Duchess Aerwen mention,

"Yes, bu-"

"Dear, I think our daughter needs to eat her breakfast first," Duke Thranduil interrupt their conversation,

"Uh-yes, off course," Duchess Aerwen respond,

'Ahh... my father is my hero,' Cathlen thought,

"Thank you, father. I do want to eat breakfast, haha. But I need to go back to my chamber first," Cathlen responds with a forced laugh and smile.

"Okay, we will wait for you to the dining room," Duke Thranduil mention, and Cathlen nod then leave the guest room.
