Daryl left Cha mansion with dropped shoulders. He tried his very best to convince his father to come to him but he was too stubborn and kept refusing. Even now, he was standing so firm with his decision about the life he chose together with Karen that he felt like he was some stranger destroying it by telling his father that he was suspecting Karen for his father's condition.

'I trust Karen…' those exact words from his father made him smirk scornfully. Was he the evil person at this point? Blaming others for his father's condition? His father did not give him any details regarding his sickness and why he was losing his eyesight except that it was a genetic disease that was incurable.
