It pulsed three times before it became fully anchored in this space, the insignia of a wheel on this flag beginning to spin as a fantastical weaving of light began to unfurl in the distance.

At its base, a flat golden surface began to spread as from it, golden Pillars pointing above bloomed.

As this occurred, the blue device this being had taken out continued to vocalize with an autonomous voice.
