While we are on the way, I was sitting alone at the front when Lavinia sat beside me.

"Nee~ What is living under Azazel is like?" She asked me.

"Hmmmmm. If you don't know how to cook, you're in trouble." I said as Vali who is at the seat in my back nodded.

"Hey Vergil. I heard that!" Azazel exclaimed.

"What do you mean I'm in trouble if I don't know how to cook?" She continued to ask.

"Fast food delivery meals, everyday. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Every. Single. Day." I said to her as her face changed as she can't imagine herself eating fast food every day.

"Well, if we're lucky, we get to tag along with Uncle Azazel to a restaurant and we ate a lot to cleanse our tongue that is corrupted by fast foods." I said and Vali nodded fastly.

"Wow, that was... I didn't expect that. I thought he would be like teach you or something." she said.

"He won't teach you anything as he is busy in his research... but if you need his help, he will help you out." I said to Lavinia who smiled at my words.

"How was your training, Vali?" I asked Vali without looking back at him.

"Well, I was getting used to the Juggernaut drive, but it was fruitless." he said a little down.

"Don't worry, it takes time. Just continue controlling it. It will be a trump card you can use in the future." He nodded at my words and he contemplated how to control himself in Juggernaut Drive.

"Heeeeh~ so that's how Vali speak to his brother. Nee~ did you know that Vali really Ido-" Her mouth was blocked by Vali's hands to stop her from speaking.

I get what she's trying to say and laughed at their interaction. I also noticed Natsume staring at me as I gave her a smile as she looked away like nothing happened.

We arrived at Grigori as we passed a barrier and I was amazed by the size of the place. The guards scanned the passengers, the guards nodded at the slash dog team, Vali, and Azazel but when they noticed an unknown passenger, they thought that it was another talent for Grigori.

"He's my adopted son and will be participating in a training session alongside Slash Dog Team." The guards nodded and they let us through.

We walked in a long hallway and entered an elevator as Azazel pushed the B5 level.

When we entered the Basement level 5, we were met with Uncle Barakiel who seemed to be waiting for us and greeted us.

"Well hello there, Vali, Azazel and Slash Dog Team. Vergil, welcome to Grigori institute." He said

"Well this place is full of surprises uncle Barakiel." I said as uncle Barakiel laughed.

"Indeed this place is full of surprises." he said

"Shall we get started? Team Slash Dog, go and prepare. Warm up and strategize on how you'll fight Vergil. Do make every move you think count as Vergil will punish every mistake you've made. Also just a warning... this is especially to you, Kouki. Underestimate him and you'll be dead before you know it."

They all narrowed their eyes as they look at Vergil who is in his sleeveless outfit and meditating in the middle of the training ground.

10 minutes later, they were done planning and warming up as they head inside the training room. They stood in front of me as I opened my eyes.

"Are you sure you want to put up with this? Your ending will always be a loss mind you. You guys are not my match anymore." In the time I've been meditating, I've been using my thousand image defense and have been fighting a thousand of the group and countering every strategy they make.

Kouki gritted his teeth, to think a kid like me is looking down on them. He was about to lash out when he was held by Tobio.

"Calm yourself Kouki. Just do what we've planned." he said to Kouki who calmed down after hearing from Tobio.

"Are you guys ready?" uncle Barakiel asked.

The slash dog team nodded and I stood up and used my usual Ryusui Gansai-ken stance.

"You're gonna regret not using your weapon." Tobio said as a scythe materialized.

"Then make me." I said as Tobio attacked me. Fighting with them for 10 minutes straight in my mind, I can counter every move they make.

I blocked his scythe with my arms coated in armament haki and when I did, Natsume attacked me with a dagger trying to catch me off-guard as I easily dodged it by shifting my body to the side. And after that Kouki charged at me holding a spear. In my eyes, it was like a kid waving a spear. I have fought Scathach, the God Slayer known for her spear arts, so seeing Kouki with a spear, lowered my expectation.

Kouki noticed me being unmotivated by the fight as he got angry and together with Tobio sent a barrage of slice and stabs to me but I casually avoided, blocked and redirected them.

I was just fighting casually when they separated from me and an Ice meteor was on its way to me. I used my initial ultimate eye as an ouroboros tattoo appeared in my eye and saw the weakness in the technique.

I deactivated the eye, jumped, and attacked the pinpointed weakness as it slowly crumbled down. Lavinia tried to reform it but the barrage was faster than her and the ice meteor crumbled entirely.

After the ice meteor crumbled Tobio jumped in the air to attack me but I know that it was just stalling time for the next big spell. I engaged with Tobio starting with an axe kick as he blocked using the blade of the scythe. I ignored the scythe as I covered my foot and leg with armament haki. Tobio was overpowered and crashed down to the ground but a dog appeared from the shadow and caught Tobio with its back. I fell down and was met with a waiting Kouki.

This time he was attacking me alongside a white tiger. I dodged every stab and spear attacks he send to me and the tiger tried to slice me with its paw covered in electricity.

I automatically reacted and kicked the tiger upwards and jumped leaving Kouki on the ground as I kept juggling the white tiger in the air while using the Darkslayer Art trick and before I finish it with a kick, a gryphon attacked me by waving its wings at me and I flew quite a distance before free falling. The gryphon then caught the unconscious white tiger before it reached the ground

Kouki then rushed to the white tiger as he looked at me in anger. He rushed at me with his spear but being clouded in anger, it was easy for me to dispatch him. I knocked him out with a punch in the jaw. Now that was a vanguard down 1 assassin, 1 mage and 1 more vanguard to go.

After knocking out Kouki, an ice pillar ejected from the place I'm standing and I jumped to evade it only to be awaited by a massive amounts of ice icicles. I dodged them mid-air because the air is my domain with my DarkSlayer Arts.

Lavinia looked at me with wide eyes as I dashed through her and as I was about to knock her out Tobio and a dog came to save the day and Lavina summoned her broom to make distance.

I then fought with Tobio alongside his dog as we were in a stalemate. Seeing the stalemate, I backed off and started inhaling massive amounts of oxygen.

'Abandonment.'

I then rushed to Tobio and Jin as the two were shocked of the sudden speed up and power up. They are having a hard time blocking my attacks as bruise started appearing all over Tobio's body.

I then smashed my shoulder to his solar plexus as he made a mistake in countering my attack and he paid for it by falling down wheezing. I then knocked his dog out. I then dashed to Lavinia who tried to stall me with different element spells with the help of the gryphon and Absolute demise, sending me very powerful ice magic and seeing it not working she raised her hands in surrender.

I then looked at the gryphon up in the sky, I easily reached it with my Darkslayer Arts and smacked it down to the ground.

As soon as I fell down, Natsume appeared pointing a dagger in my neck.

"You lose." she said.

"I've seen these too." Natsume was confused about what I said then she looked down and saw my palm at her sides.

"Shall we see who is faster? My bullet or your dagger." I then gathered energy from the ground and sent it to my palm as I rotated it as massive amounts of air generating from my palms assaulted her but she won't be unconscious as I adjusted the force when I hit her and fell down.

I flashed a V-sign at the camera showing then that I won but when Tobio woke up and saw his friends 'knocked' out, he snapped as he merged with the dog, turning him into a humanoid dog.

'Heh~ so that is his balance breaker huh.' I thought and knocked him out with a quick chop to the neck. Natsume who was out of breath saw that my speed increased even more and thought in disbelief.

'Monster'

"Looks like, I won." I said and carried all the unconscious people and animals in my shoulder as they piled up and carried them out of the training ground followed by Lavinia.

As soon as I got out from the training ground, I tossed them to Azazel and Barakiel one by one. and returned back and carried a wheezing Natsume in a princess carry as she blushed being carried by me.

Lavinia who saw her blushing asked in innocence.

"Why are you red, Natsume?" She asked.

"Shut up, Lavinia." She looked away as I brought her to a stretcher that Azazel and Barakiel set up, they then called for medical assistance through the system comms.

"It was a good fight. Now it was up to them if they would pick themselves up and sulk or stand up and grow strong." I then summoned yamato and left the place. It was the first rime Uncle Barakiel saw me cutting a portal so he was a bit surprised as I left the four looking at the place I was standing just now.

"What a monster, you once housed, Azazel." Barakiel said.

"Oh, if only you knew. He was not even taking them seriously." he said as he remembered helping him out on his training as I transformed into my devil trigger.

Meanwhile Natsume was thinking something too deep while Lavinia is back to her usual innocent older sister taking care of Tobio and Kouki.

Looks like caffeine won today. Final chapter for now as i'm going to rest now.
