Jane had a second thought.
So she became indecisive.
Her short novel 'The Way into Your World' is concluding - just shy of one more paragraph.
But she could not finish it like that - her hunch kept on telling her.
She ended up staring blankly into the screen of her laptop for a while.
After three blinks of her eyes, her laptop was replaced by a cup of water.
Her previous bright surroundings dimmed by a huge degree. Rays of light peeped through the curtains by the lone window.
Jane stood up and walked slowly towards the source of light. Holding the thick curtains, she yanked it open - beyond the glass, the vast view of the sea came into view.
Next, the sounds of waves crashing on the shore and seagulls and coastal birds reached her ears along with the salty air as she swinged open the window.
As a ran-out-of-ideas writer who had been holing up in her room for several days, Jane's current thought was-
"Wow... what a wonderful beach!"
