Xin's Special Challenge

The next day~

A huge crowd starts to gather inside of the guild, everyone is excited, they know that the important day of the year finally comes.

"Whoa~ what a crowd!"

"It looks like nearly all of the members of the Guild have gathered here this morning."

"What's the commotion about?"

"Who knows?"

"I heard that the Master is going to make some kind of important announcement."

"Not interested."

"Natsu, calm down"

"It's time."

"Finally!"

"Men!"

"Is it time? They will finally go to reveal the secret?"

"Juvia is excited.... When she look at Gray-sama~~~"

"Maybe you should just go home…"

"Hahaha, Juvia is the same as one of my friends on the other side, she also likes to speak in the third person."

"Juvia shocked, really?"

Lisanna nodded, she then started to tell them about Hina and her unique quirkiness when it comes to the way she speaks, just like Juvia, she tends to speak in the third person.

Finally, the mantle on the stage is removed, Mirajane, Gildart, Makarov and Erza appear in front of them standing on the stage.

"Master!!"

"We've been waiting~~~"

"Hurry up and make the announcement~"

"Who is this year!"

"Ahem."

"Since long ago, this has been Fairy Tail's custom, and now…."

"The announcement of the participants in the S-Class Wizard promotion trial!!"

"YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!"

"What! S-Class trial!! I don't know that!"

"You're new Lucy so you don't know our custom."

"Nice, I'm ready!!"

"Silence," Makarov shouted, making all of them turn silent.

"The venue for this trial is in "Tenrou Island".the Holy Ground of our Guild."

"Ohhh~~"

"Strength, Heart, Soul... I've been watching for each of these things this past year, there will be 8 participants this year."

Mirajane then walks in front and starts announcing all the participants of this year's S-Class Trial.

"Gray Fullbuster"

Gray's most prominent feature is his spiky black-colored hair. He has dark blue eyes, and his body is toned and muscular.

"Juvia Lockser"

Juvia is a slender, teenage girl with azure blue hair, midnight blue eyes, snow skin complexion, and a curvaceous figure. Juvia has short hair, tightly curled at the base, wearing a sapphire blue coat, a cream colored fur trimmed navy blue shawl with a pure white teru teru bōzu attached to it, as well as a matching Russian Cossack hat.

"Elfman"

Elfman is a large, muscular man with tan colored skin, whose height causes him to tower over most of his fellow guild members. His long white hair is kept styled upwards in long, wavy spikes, his dark eyes possess no visible eyebrows and his rectangular, elongated face has a stitched scar running down its right side, crossing his right eye.

"Cana Alberona"

Cana is a tall and slim tanned-skinned young woman with an ample bust. She has mid-back length brown hair with varying shades of color, having been seen as bright brown, black, and, ultimately, plain brown. Two shoulder-length strands of hair frame her face, with the left one starting from a prominent, high fringe. Her hair is curlier in the manga than in the anime, in which it appears more thick and wavy.

"Freed Justine"

Fried is a slim man of average height with waist-length light-green hair; his bangs are brushed to one side, covering the majority of the right side of his face, as well as a pair of thin lightning bolt shaped strands jutting out backwards from the sides of his head. His hair is gathered at the end and tied in a short ponytail with a gray ribbon. Fried's eyes are greenish blue; beneath the left one lies a small beauty mark

"Levy MacGarden."

Levy is a rather young, petite teenage girl of a slender build who stands at a rather below-average height for her age. Her shoulder-length blue hair, which has eyebrow-length bangs, is normally tied up with a colorful bandana around her head. While initially portrayed as having rather straight hair, her hair has slowly gained a more wavy, wild look, with more locks hanging down the sides of her face

"And last is, Meat Gryder."

Mest is a lean-built man of average height with short, almost shaved black hair, with a slightly outlined widow's peak, and complete with mildly long sideburns. He has large, bright emerald turquoise eyes, and thin eyebrows. The left side of his face is covered by three distinctive scars: the shortest one that points diagonally upwards in his left eye's direction, and "connected" by the longest scar, diagonally in the other way, to the similarly oriented one which goes up to his forehead.

"Right now, as Guild Master, I want to push all of you to take this test seriously. I want to see all of you become S-Class to prove to yourself that you guys have finally grown up."

"Master….." All of them feel touched from what Makararov said, if not Mirajane cut in.

"10 Tons of Gold if we promoted at least 5 S-Class Mage, that's a deal from Guild Master Xin."

Xin looked at their faces and eyes that turned into gold bars, he felt funny that he still did not have the 10 tons because he still needed to excavate all of the gold below the ocean floor.

"Let's make it more fun, if you pass my personal test, I will give you a personal gift."

"Like?" Lucy asks.

Xin show them a key, a glass key," Celestial Spirit that comes from "Other World", and if you are lucky enough Lucy, you can get my personal Celestial Key."
