I almost threw my book on the floor when I heard a loud crash of something downstairs.

Did a feral break in?

No. That's too impossible. In the hallway, I saw the others going out of their rooms quietly.

"What was that?", Jungkook was the first to ask. We all just shrugged in response.

Fortunately, it was already dark so it will be easy for us to sneak up on the intruder.

One by one, we got down the stairs, not making any noise. There was a faint light and some talking in the living room. I walked to the entrance to the living room and saw five humans. Three boys and two girls.They were either sitting on the floor or sitting on the couch.

I mouthed the word "Humans" to let the others know and they nodded.

"How many?" Hoseok-hyung mouthed. I raised my hand and signaled five. We all entered the living room and circled around the humans. I saw Jungkook sneak up to the light switch which was near a human with light brown hair. We counted down down from five. Five... Four... Three... Two... One...

"Zero!", and the lights flicked on. Yes. We still have electricity.

The human's eyes widened when they saw the seven of us surrounding them. Seven pairs of purple eyes were looking at them, our eye colors indicating we are zombies.

The girl beside Jungkook screamed when she realized a zombie was beside her. She stood up and ran towards the other girl which looked exactly like her.

I tilted my head to the side slightly when a knife wizzed past my face, missing it by mere centimeters. My eyes landed on a guy with light blue hair. He seemed to have been the one who threw the knife at me. They all tensed up when Jimin-hyung, Jungkook and I take a step forward at the same time.

"That was so cool! Can you teach me?", the three of us said in unison. The hyungs chuckled in amusement while the humans couldn't believe what they just heard.
