Please Don't Leave Me

Tension was in the air when Nol accidentally revealed the secret Noah had been trying to keep to himself.

"Nol, please leave right now…." Noah's complexion became dark when she hurriedly rushed Belen to the bedroom.

"I fucked up…" Nol tiredly sighed when he left.

Meanwhile, Noah gently sat Belen on the edge of the bed as he carefully sat beside her, "Belen…" he softly held his voice in to soothe her.

But Belen was not reacting. Her expression became blank. She was shocked that nothing came out of her mouth when she opened it.

Noah guessed as much when he thought of what to say until silence quickly filled the air.

"When…since when did you get diagnosed…." Belen's voice was flat but clear.

Noah promptly answers, "since the night of the ball…."
