The Plan For Today

The morning, in a nearby horse stable. I was sleeping there, but I didn't notice it. My guess? I think Maria and Cecile moved me there last night.

I slowly opened my eyes and tried to adapt to my surroundings. My eyes were heavy, I wanted to open it, but I can't. I moved my hand, trying to illustrate the surroundings.

I felt something rough on my hand. This is not a bed; this is a horse stable. A horse licked my face.

"Get away! You filthy horse," I said as I slapped the horse in my face.

The horse ran away from me after he kicked my back with his foot.

I woke up then tried to search for Garth. I searched my pocket and realized that the inn keys were not there. Only the car keys and the smartphone were there.

"Well, I think the girls were sleeping at the inn," I said to myself.

After some time, I finally found Garth. He was sleeping in front of the car. I walked to the car then opened the door. The clock read at 6.30 am. I was checking the dashboard in case the girls brought a piece to the inn. To my surprise, they didn't bring it with them.

I turned on the car then rev up the engine. Just like I expected, Garth got surprised by that. He jumped from his spot because he was surprised by the sound of the engine.

He stood in front of the car while raising his middle finger and shouted, "Yo Wilson, what the hell?"

I opened the window and stuck out my head to the outside, then shouted, "Wake up damn it," I said.

I grabbed my smartphone, turn off the car then got out of the vehicle.

"Garth, do you see the girls?" I asked him as I turn my head left and right.

"The girls? Hell no, maybe in their own cozy room," He snarled.

"Let's give them a little surprise," I said to him.

We headed to the pillowood and opened the big brown door in front of the inn. We walked to the inn and got greeted by the same receptionist as last night, "Welcome back, How may I help you," She asked me politely.

"Do you see two girls going into our room?" I asked her.

"Yes, who are they?" She asked.

"Friends," I said as I walked up the stairs.

We finally arrived in front of the room, I peek inside then found two of them were sleeping. Cecile was sleeping on top of Maria's stomach, and I could see her navel. Maria's hair was scattered across the pillow.

"What's the plan?" Garth asked me.

I summoned a flashbang in my hand, "This is the plan," I said with an evil smile.

"Nice, let me throw it," Garth grabbed the flashbang then threw it to the room.

BANG

The flashbang exploded then I opened the door. Maria and Cecile hadn't woke up yet.

I checked them, and Garth said, "Wilson, there are foam coming out from their mouth."

"Oh, shoot," I said.

I summoned two injections then I gave one of them to Garth.

I opened the needle protector then injected it into Maria's hand. Garth did the same to Cecile' s hand.

"Wake up," I smiled at Maria, who opened her eyes slowly.

With a red face that almost resembled a boiling kettle, She shouted, "What the fuck, Wilson? The last time you wake me up was with a bucket of water, but now you're trying to do it with a flashbang."

"Payback time," I said with a grin on my face.

"Whatever," She was pissed off.

"Garth, let's move to our room, my clothes smell like a horse," I said as I left the room.

"Ok," he followed me to my room.

We got to our room, but we forget something, "Garth, did you bring our clothes?"

"No, why?" He said.

"Wait here," I ran to the car and carried the bag that contained our clothes.

It's a brown bag that contained our clothes. I picked up 2 different bags. One for us and the other was for the girls.

I knocked on the girl's room, "May I come in?" I asked.

"No, go away, Wilson," A voice could be heard from inside the room.

"Maria, I apologize for the accidents," I said.

"I accept your apologies, but please go away," She said.

"Ok, I will leave the bag containing your clothes in front of the door," I said while leaving the door and moved to my room.

I opened the door and saw Garth only wearing a towel. His muscle and abs could be seen. If Maria or Cecile entered our room, they would either scream or slam the door, but as a boy, I just walked casually to him.

"You've already taken a bath?" I asked him.

"Yes, I'm waiting for you to bring my clothes," He said to me.

"Just search for your clothes in this bag," I put the bag on top of the table.

"Thanks," He opened the bag and grabbed black trousers with a black shirt.

I left Garth and went to the bathroom. I put my dirty clothes on the hanger, then proceed to fill the bathtub with a [Water] spell. The spell could adjust the water temperature, as well.

I got into the bathtub and washed my body. I forgot to bring a bar of soap, so I summoned it with [Ultimate Summon]. I washed my body through and through until the horse smell disappeared.

I wrapped myself with a towel then proceed to get out of the bathroom. Garth wasn't there. After I dried myself, I wore black trousers with a dark blue shirt.

I went downstairs and just as I expected. Garth was eating again. He was eating a pancake with a piece of butter on top of it. He ate it with a huge appetite.

I pulled a chair in front of him, "Damn, you have a rubber belly, don't you?" I said.

He chewed the pancake and said, "Yup, why don't you eat something?"

"Good idea," I raised my hand, and the receptionist came to us.

"How may I help you?" She said while holding a note.

"Can you bring the same ones like him, and by the way, what is your name?" I said while pointing to Garth's plate.

"My name is Sophie, please wait a minute," She said.

She left us and went to the kitchen. The inn wasn't full of people. There were only 2 adventurers near our table.

"What is the plan for today?" Garth asked after he took a sip from his mug.

"Going around, Costellia, maybe?" I said to him.

"that's not a bad idea," Garth responded ecstatically as he cut the pancake his knife.

"Let's go to the girl's room, shall we?" I said.

Just before I planned to leave the table, my order came, "Your breakfast, sir," Sophie said.

"Thank you so much, Sophie," I said while smiling.

"Are you going to eat it all?" Garth asked me while pointing his finger to my plate.

"Of course I will, can you tell our plans to the girls?" I asked him.

"Sure thing, I will be right back," He said while heading upstairs.

I ate the pancake while looking around my surroundings. The wall that was grey last night had turned into white color because of the color of the sun.

The two adventurers beside me were chatting about the guild in this town.

"Have you heard the latest news from the guild master?" The male adventurer said.

"No, I haven't, why?" The female adventurer asked.

"He said that a bandit encampment near here got obliterated by an unknown force," He said.

Wait? Bandit encampment? Unknown force? That's sounds familiar.

"The knights that were sent that night got their horse heavily wounded by a big green monster," He added.

A big green monster? I like to know where this is going.

"The monster summoned human that has green eyes and wearing green clothes, they have green eyes and hold a lightning rod," He added more information.

Yup, my conclusion is right. It was us they were talking about. All the clues make sense.

"Have you gone to the academy lately?" The female ones asked.

"No, why?" He asked.

"The principal statue got destroyed without any evidence," She said.

"Damn, who dares to destroy the statue of the most powerful magician around here?" He said.

Most powerful? She was helpless when I went to rescue him 7 years ago. Maybe time changes people.

They left the inn, and Garth was coming downstairs with the girls. Maria wore a long black skirt with a blue shirt while Cecile wore a matching pair of Grey skirt and blouse. They both wore black shoes.

"Looking good, Maria," I complimented her.

"Thanks, you are looking good too, Wilson," he said while her face went red.

"Let's go outside then," I said as I put the last piece of the pancake into my mouth and gulped down the glass of water in a single strike.

We left the inn then wandered around the town. All of the shops were opened, and the city was bustling.

"What are we going to do now, Wilson?" Cecile asked as she gazed at the surroundings.

"This is our holiday, the school expected us to arrive tomorrow. Got anywhere to visit Maria?" I asked her.

"Well, I wanted to visit an equipment store," she said.

"Off we go then," I said.

We walked down the busy streets.
