Chapter 30: Looking for power

The green wave passing over all the troops, when the wave passed over the slanted wall that Jade created at the last second, the wave pushed wind upward and made it's way to the Vertibirds pushing them. The pilots actied fast by leveling out the Vertibirds before crashing into one another.

Attack! (Brendon)

Wave of attacks was sent out to the Giant Ghoul, this time the troops kept behind cover from the wall, seeing the eyes of the Giant had been healed, the snipers fired again, taking the eyes out once more.

As I was watching I seen movement and not from my troops, looking closer it's the dead, any and all that was killed was rising up. Anything Dead around started coming alive again and started converging to one place the Green Giant.

Wings, move around the troops, one side shoot the new enemy arriving, the other side fire at the Green Giant support the troops! (Brendon)

I got on the Mini Gun started shooting the New Enemies as it's all the enemies they had killed already coming back once more they need all the help they can, Kratos watch everything going on.

The Ground Force shooting the Green Giant separated the left arm and the right leg from the body, forcing it to fall on its left leg and fall to the right that has the missing leg, the Troops noticed the Attack on their six so they increassed on attacking the Giant before them. The Vertibirds Shooting the Giant was able to penetrate its head making an opening that everyone to take the chance to open fire on the same place.

Having it's head explode into a green goo the body fell to the ground limp, the troops actied quickly and jumped over the protective wall aiming to their six and started shooting at the increassing enemies coming to them right at them now, having a wall separating them the mindless enemies smashed against the wall took some stress off them but they did not lower their guard and kept shooting as they started crawling up the wall.

Assaultrons gave their weapons and ammo over to the Recruits as they switched to blades and started cutting and slashing at any Ghoul charging at them, Flames Burst out from the wall and ignite the Mindless enemies on fire.

The Super Mutants picked up any weapon close by and started shooting and using there wooden weapons to smash the heads of the Ghouls.

The Vertibird now hovering above the troops opened fire at the Mindless Enemies with both turrets firing forwared into the big group under them it's round two of the same attack from yesterday. Even ghoul ants from before came back but they are not digging under ground to attack but just mindlessly charging like everything else.

For five minutes the attack continued until the last one was once again killed.

Flamethrower teams! I want only ash left behind! Not one body left! (Brendon)

Flames burst out from the wall and started catching the bodies on fire, everything on the other side of the wall was just wall of flames.

The troops in Power armor and Robots was not worrying about the smell or anything bad entering their bodies like diseases from burning Zombies. I and the Vertibirds flew away as the heat was going up it started overheating the Vertibirds engines.

Sir, Higgins is calling. (Pilot)

Patch him through. (Brendon)

Sir, Willace made a new Vertibird, using Laser Gatlings he replaced the Mini Gun Turrets. (Higgins)

That is interesting. (Brendon)

We need to set up a research facility for Willace then. (Brendon)

Sir, more Civilians have been asking to join lately there is another 1000 Recruits I am surprised this many people are surviving in the wilderness. (Higgins)

People are resilient some can live in harsher areas then this. (Brendon)

Sir, the Super Mutants is asked if your going to be killing them. (Pilot)

Confused as I just said they are not going to be killed.

Higgins shut the Radio off, I started chatting with the Super Mutants.

Tell me why you eat humans. (Brendon)

I have only eaten a single human, when I was in a group that had been killing humans and stacking them up in piles. (??)

I have baned eating humans, I found out that it makes us become idiots when we do, some can't stop talking like a human baby, some shack and become angry when they hear any slight movement making them attack anything on sight. (??)

So I left the group and started eating vegetables and fruits with Deer, Mudcrab anything else that is not human, that helped keep my mind sharp unlike the ones that had been eating humans. (??)

Alright, I will give you a chance. I will give you a place. You stay there and you are unable to eat any humans, unable to attack humans unless attacked, and you will learn how to farm, learn how to be peaceful with the humans by ignoring hate and anger from the humans even though you come from being a human before if you act like mindless beasts with no intelligence you will become mindless beasts and hunted down like them. If you want to change you can, learn and cook real food, learn to farm, become settlers and not beasts and I will see how it works out, if it does well, might see peace between humans and Super Mutants and that would be helpful for me in the future. (Brendon)

But if you go out killing you will be destroyed, if one super mutant leaves your new place attacking humans, you will find them and you will take responsibility over that one, keep an eye out and teach to not kill people but to farm.

You will be the first Super Mutants as a Race the others are beasts unless they show they can become more then a mindless killing machine.

They are what you would call raiders, if you are human they will kill you just for food, if you fight back you become a toy. (??)

The Vertibirds picked up the Troops up again, as they are getting in the Vertibirds, more Vertibirds started arriving.

Sir, the other half has just arrived. (Pilot)

Back up seems to arrive when everything is done and already over... (Brendon)

The other half is the sentry bots they had been moved in the Vertibirds also but it took time to transfer them into the Vertibirds so I was going to take the other half to start organizing the area. Now that the Sentry bots have arrived the Force is back to full.

We head South. (Brendon)

Having everyone flying as one South, I and the others arrived quickly by flying.

Scouts, head in tell me everything. (Brendon)

From what I see, the small town is a huge base for the Super Mutants. They have houses and roads but the place is a junkyard with trash and body parts scattered everywhere like a mass graveyard.

The Vertibirds keep far the scouts flew in. I used the sniper scope to watch and seeing they ignored the Eye Bots flying in. I looked around trying to find out why then I noticed why.

There is one not part of the military as it does not have an Infinity Symbol on it.

They are used to seeing Eye Bots? (Brendon)

Interesting, All Scouts and snipers move in and get into a good position, each one choose a target and prepare to attack on order. (Brendon)

Seeing the other Scouts and Snipers Eye Bots move in, I was able to get audio from inside the base.

There seem to be more balls flying around. (?)

I rolled his eyes hearing this, but taking advantage of it the bots moved into position.

Sir, their is Civilians in a house, men, woman, children. (Scout)

Move to the Civilians, I want to have the Super Mutants around ready to be killed on my signal. (Brendon)

The Bots used lasers that all shot into the head of each and every Super Mutant, this killed them quietly but the red light flashing throughout the area is noticable. i let the Vertibirds fly in and dropped the Recruits and Assaultrons that spread out looking for any Super Mutant alive, a team moved to the civilians and got them outside as the Super Mutants was moved away to a pile as the flamethrower teams was setting them on fire.

I told the Pilot to land and got off the Vertibird with Kratos that is still looking and watching everything going on around him, I patted his head and smiled.

Walking over to the Civilians they are already crying with happness on ther face.

We will not die! (?)

Master, they are mentally stressed and traumatized they will be needing a person to talk to about their problems or they will have a hard time living. (Jade)

Hearing this from Jade, She is talking very quiet that only me and Kratos who is looking around for a person confused.

Arriving before the Crying people, I spoke in a calm but relaxing tone to not scare any of them.

Get them to a Vertibird and get them to Star base, let Higgins settle them in, the Squad that lost their Vertibird will stay here and secure the town, make sure there is no threats here and walk around marking any military items around for pick up, everyone else return to the Vertibirds and prepare for when we move to the next location. (Brendon)

I walked closer to the survivors and spoke to them.

Seeing the Vertibird take off the Civilians all looked like they where having fun, they had been strapped in to prevent them from falling out.

We head further South! We move to Location 15! (Brendon)

Getting into the sky, all Vertibirds flew South over trees, a building before them came into sight that is a Power plant, I wants to see if Jade can Fix it to send power, Its called Poseidon Energy Turbine.

Arriving at the Poseidon Energy Turbine, it looks like a factory in a way with smoke stacks, I seen the place is covered in webs and spiders on the webs in mass.
