Purhab Carefully Broke The News

Aunty Mehra stayed with her son inside the intensive care unit (ICU) untill he fell asleep. Though he was getting better, he was still frail looking a little bit. But when compared to how he was before the surgery, his skin was brighter.

After he had fallen asleep, she decided to leave the hospital and come back later in the evening before visiting hours were over. On the day that cousin Mehra woke up after his surgery, aunty Mehra stayed with him beyond the visiting hours because the nurse that brings his medications allowed her to.

Cousin Mehra slept peacefully from late hours in the mornings, throughout the whole afternoon. He was still not aware of his father's demise, he was expecting to see his father when he wakes up.

His mum nor the nurses that are taking care of him informed him about it because of the doctor's advice to allow him recover speedily.

The afternoon went bye quickly and when it was visiting hours in the evening, aunty Mehra came to visit him. Cousin Mehra had woken up by that time. He had eating and was taking his medications. As soon as he took his medications, the nurse left.

Cousin Mehra happily looked at his mum, he was much better but still in a little pain because of the surgery. His wounds were not sore, the nurses took proper care of him, made it a point of duty to check on his wounds every hour and changed his bandages as at when due.

Cousin Mehra looked at his mum, but still no sign of his dad. His cheerful nature changed. He then asked, mum I haven't seen dad, where is he? son your dad had to travel back to India because of very important work that required his presence, she lied to him.

She paused and continued, but don't worry son, when the doctors discharge you, we would both go back to India, you would have the opportunity to also see your grandparents, uncle, aunty and even your cousins. You haven't seen them since you came to the states for your studies 3 years ago.

Cousin Mehra didn't like the fact that his father travelled back to India without seeing him but the thoughts of seeing his other family members as well after he is fully recovered and discharged from the hospital cheered him up.

So he responded, okay mum that is a great idea, I even need a break from the states, I miss them and even India. I even wish that I am fully recovered now, discharged and in India with them.

Meanwhile Back in India...

Purhab, Lawkshmi and Desha Mehra successfully got to Udi Village and where now with both Grandpa and Grandma Mehra. Grandpa and Grandma Mehra were happy to see them and gave them a tour around Udi Village.

Purhab Mehra did not obliged to the tour, Lawkshmi and Desha also went along without any complains. As at the time they came back from the tour, it was already late.

When everyone was settled inside the pine wood house, Lawkshmi and Grandma Mehra prepared dinner. Desha helped with the serving of the meal.

By this time, the maids and butlers had gone back to their own home. They don't live with Grandpa and Grandma Mehra. The meal was delicious. After the meal, Desha helped clear the dishes and took them to the kitchen for washing.

As she washed the dishes, Purhab carefully broke the news of his lil brother, Uncle Mehra's demise to his parents. As soon as he did that, the lively pinewood house went cold suddenly. Tears flowed from their eyes.

He also explained to them how well Cousin Mehra was recovering fast. And that when he is fully recovered and discharged, he would come back to India with his mother for his father's last rights and that he would also complete his studies here in India.

Grandpa Mehra although was in tears, was able to comport himself, he responded, it's best if cousin Mehra comes back home to complete his studies.

Grandma Mehra on the other hand was weeping uncontrollably and had to be consoled by the rest of the house hold who cried along with her.

When Desha was done with the dishes, she joined them too in crying for her uncle Mehra. After a while, everyone calmed down, but happiness had already eluded the pine wood house.

Purhab Mehra took this as a cue to try and convince his parents to come back to the Mehra mansion with them so that they can be taking care of properly.

They objected at first but later agreed to come back on the condition that when they are much stronger they would return back here to Udi Village, to the pine wood house.

The rest of their weekend was spend at Udi Village, the family planned to return on Monday the following week to the Mehra Mansion.

Meanwhile at the Mehra Mansion...

Yuvrag was getting intimate with Natasha, although he felt bad for the loss of his uncle, he didn't want to miss the opportunity of making love to Natasha now that they were alone.

He had instructed all the maids and butlers to go away for the weekend. He only left the bodyguards and gatemen who usually stayed outside guarding the house and gate.

He had planned, a weekend getaway at their pent house, but his family were nor around, so he decided to invite Natasha to the Mehra mansion instead and make sweet love to her all weekend.

They made love all over the house, and even in his parents room on their bed. Natasha didn't like the idea of making love in her parents in law's room, but Yuvi convinced her otherwise. But they made it a point of duty to always spend the nights at Yuvi's room.

The weekend quickly passed, it was now monday, when his parents, grandparents and sister would be back. The maids and butlers had returned that morning. He was supposed to go to work while Natasha to the University, but instead he drove them to their pent house where they continued their love making.

He was intoxicated with sexual intimacy that he forgot he had important documents to sign at the conglomerates for work to continue smoothly. He even irresponsibly did not inform the board if directors that he would be absent.

As he was having sexual intercourse with his wife who he wedded at the Delhi High Court over the weekend, his phone rang, Natasha approved that he should pick his calls, but she was not aware he did not inform any one at the workers at the conglomerates of his absentia.

Yuvi took his phone, when he saw it was from the office, he picked and lied to them he was on his way. After that call, unknown to Natasha, he put his phone on silent mode and switched it off.

Without wasting much time, he went back to making love to his wife, he wasn't planning on going to the office that day but be lost inside the juicy parts of his wife.

Natasha was exhausted, it was only mid day, he allowed her rest only for half an hour before he continued making love to her.

Meanwhile at Mehra Conglomerates...

The irresponsibility that Purhab displayed that very important monday, made the company loose some clients. Before the others were lost, the plan B of rescheduling the meetings was quickly put into action by the board of directors.

Some of the members of the board also suggested that the contracts they lost should be salvaged, the rest agreed. They quickly drafted a plan which was put into action immediately.

Their plan did not involve purhab but it involved Prakash. Prakash was contacted. One of the board members had access to Gevan Arora. Prakash was excused from the routine training to pick up the call at Gevan's office.

The board members explained to him the situation at the conglomerates but they did not tell him of his uncle's demise. He was only told his parents had gone to visit his grandparents and Yuvi was in absentia without informing them of his reasons.

Prakash before he left for the army had worked with the clients, the board members were trying to get back. They knew how competent he was. After hearing the issues from the members of the board, he accepted to speak to them.

Calls were put through for him at the office end, he spoke to them with expertise. Miraculously lo and behold, after much complaining to him that they did not appreciate the way Yuvrag behaved, they accepted to do business again with Mehra Conglomerates at a later date when the issues with Yuvrag has been settled.

Though they admitted they were apologised to but they could not take the apologies so they decided to cancel the contract on their companies behalf.

After solving the case, Prakash returned to the drills, and work at the conglomerates continued.

When it was towards evening, after office hours, grandparents, parents and Desha arrived at the Mehra mansion, surprisingly Purhab was not around to receive them.

Initially he was supposed to come pick them up at the airport, when his line was not going through, Purhab decided to call for the family driver instead.

The maids and butlers helped with the luggage, and about dinner, Lawkshmi had called the maids earlier and instructed them on what to prepare for them because so they eat on arrival.

Everyone went to their rooms to freshen up, and came downstairs to dinner afterwards. The atmosphere was not dull and neither was it bright.

Yuvi as at this time had not yet returned, as at the time he returned, everyone had gone to bed. He was even planning on coming back the next day, his wife Natasha had to convince him otherwise to return.

When he got home to the Mehra mansion, he freshened up and came downstairs, went to the kitchen, served himself, went to the dinning table and eat his dinner.

When he was done eating, he cleared his plate and did the dishes before he went back upstairs to his room. Before he slept, he gave his wife a call, they chatted for a while before hanging up.
