In stormy day at Cocoyashi Village's sea port there is a badly injured female marine soldier that has come back to her home island with 2 children, one is 3 years old and the other is still a baby. Her name is Bellmere, the effect of the storm makes the two children had grown ill. She insists the two girls get treatment before her.
