The hound! [1]

"Could we stop now? Kanina pa tayo paikot ikot rito,nahihilo na ako saka di kaba napapagod?"

Reklamo ni Rain kay Sophia, kasalukuyan nilang paikot ikot na tinatakbo ang buong block ng kanilang target na bahay.

The house was own by a rich russian lady, it was a combination of asian and victorian style.

"If you're depressed over that stupid boy, sa kanya mo ibuntong  yang galit mo!"

Ani Rain habang hinihingal na sa kakatakbo.

"I'm not depressed—you!"

Sophia hissed at inundayan niya ito ng batok mabilis namang nakailag ang lalaki.

"I don't mixed business with my personal feelings, we're here to work!"

"This is crazy!"

"Shut up! I'm making a plan!"

Saway ni Sophia sa kanya.

"We're not just running around her like an idiot, if that's what you think!"

"Yeah. .we're familiarizing the place!"

Ani Rain while mimicking her gesture.

"Mike already gives us the details of the house—"

"But he doesn't knew their daily routine, for example what day the owner will be out of town and what day she's home, saka mga ginagawa ng mga katulong nila!"

Paliwanag niya kay Rain. 

"What bothers me most is that according to Mike, the house doesn't have guards, as we see there's no one in the gate, and all the staff inside the house were all female, The security is not even tight and there's no laser beam and detector, why?"

Nagtatakang tanong ni Rain.

"Probably they have a 360 degree CCTV's with audio or Robot—"

"We can do something about that, we could simply hack their system as Robots are being program by the main computer kung talagang meron man!"

"There must be something about it!"

Ani Sophia habang nag iisip, she suddenly snap her finger when she realized something. 

"It's probabaly none of the staff knew about it, why bother putting a tight security measures when no one knows about it? It only rise a suspicion, if you are the owner, where do you want to place such expensive stone?"

"Well, that's depend but if it's me. I'll put it in a place where everyone could see it with out even realizing it!"

Ani Rain kay Sophia.

"You're right the dangerous place is actually the safest one for that stone and that's what we are doing in here, we are observing everything. As you noticed the maid throws the garbage at exactly 6 o'clock as you see a while ago, now it's close to 7 o'clock let's observe—"

Natigil si Sophia sa iba pang sasabihin ng may biglang nagbukas sa gate at may papalabas na dalagang babae.

With out a warning bigla niyang itinulak si Rain sa harapan mismo nito ng matapat sila sa may gate.

"What the he—"

Ani Rain na napasubsub sa dalagang gulat na gulat, sa lakas ng tulak ni Sophia sa kanya, he bump with the girl at nawalan sila ng balansi.

They both fell on the ground but Rain being a gentleman, he made sure that the girl is protected, kaya't ang position nilang dalawa ay nakapatong sa kanya ang babae habang si Rain naman ang nasa ilalim.

Hindi pa niya na absurd masyado ang pagtama ng kanyang ulo sa cemento ng matuliglig sya sa isang malakas na sampal mula sa babae.

"Oh my!" 

Ani Sophia na pigil ang matawa habang nag didilim ang mukha at nagtatagis ang bagang ni Rain.

"I'm sorry my dear, my brother is a bit clumsy. He did not mean to bump on you—are you hurt?"

Sophia change her accent a bit.

Kinapa kapa niya ang dalaga at ng madapo sya sa likurang bahagi nito kinindatan niya si Rain.

Rain silently cursed habang pinandilatan sya ng mga mata.

"Oh my brother, why is it you're so clumsy?"

Sophia extend her hands and help him stand.

"Clumsy—my ass!" 

Bulong ni Rain sa kanya.

"I'm sorry! I. .I did not mean to bump on you"

"I'm sorry I was just surprised, I did not mean to slap you!"

Namumulang hinging paumanhin ng babae, there position was so awkward.

The girl weight landed in between Rain's tight kaya't hindi alam ni Rain kung ano ang mas masakit ang kanyang ulo ang kanyang hinaharap oh ang kanya bang mukhang nasampal nito.

Rain silently grit his teeth while pigil naman ni Sophia ang sariling mapabulanghit ng tawa.

This is the first time na may nanampal na babae sa kanya, at ang mas ikinaiinis nya hindi man lang niya ito girlfriend.

"Ah I'm Devy—"

Marahas namang napalingon si Rain sa kanya that Sophia deliberately ignored.

"And this is my brother Dean!"

Excited nyang pakilala bigla namang umaliwalas ang mukha ng babae habang nakatingin kay Rain, malamang ngayon lang nito napagtuonan ng pansin si Rain.

"He's exactly my type" words are written in a girl's innocent face.

"I'm Julia my aunt is the owner of this house!"

"Ah, so you're russian?"

"I'm half by the way, what are you guys doing in—"

"Ah. .we are just having our daily exercise around the block, you see we also live in here–see that Red Chinese-victorian house in the far end? That's our house!"

Pagsisinungaling ni Sophia, ang totoo hindi niya kilala ang may ari ng naturang bahay.

"Come, let's go inside it's very impolite to make you guys stand in here!"

"But I think it's inconvenient for you—

Natigil bigla si Rain ng sekretong apakan ni Sophia ang paa nito.

"If you insist, anyway we wont stay long. It's already dark our parents will going to scold us, if we still out right now !"

"Let's get inside, I'm just alone in her with our maids. My aunt will be back on friday!"

Rain gasped in silent, the girl was so distracted by his present and carelessly revealed a very important information. 

He just realized that Sophia used his charm to distract the girl.

Rain was just observing everything while Sophia does the talking. 

"By the way, you don't have guards—"

Bigla nalang kinalabit ni Rain si Sophia, her question was too obvious not to noticed.

"I mean, such a big house you have here. You know nowadays there's a lot of burglars, aren't you scared?"

"Hummpf. .not at all. No one miss around our guards in here!"

Kampanti nitong sagot sa kanila.

"She's a pro!"  Sophia noted it to herself.

"You mean?"

Ininguso nito sa kanya ang ibig sabihin. 

There Sophia saw a three large hound sitting silently na tila ba nag aantay ang mga ito ng utos.

Hindi niya mapigilang mapalunok ng laway, those three beast are not a joke.

"Aren't they adorable?"

Nakangiti nitong sabi sa kanya.

"Yeah, but I never had a pet in my entire life so I'm not sure if they are—"

"Not a problem just call them in their names they won't move an inch!"

Five minutes later they were already out in the house. Alive!

"That's it, we have to come back another time?"

"Comeback—are you crazy?"

Di makapaniwalang tanong ni Rain kay Sophia.

"We are not invited—you idiot!" 

Aniya rito.

"You think she let us in because she was smitten by you? Don't be stupid. The girl is a pro and it was a trap. Whether coming in or rejecting her is just the same, why do think I accepted her invitation?"

"How would I know? you're one hell of a crazy fool!"

Inis na inis na bulyaw ni Rain sa kanya.

Sophia almost give him a heart attack, Rain might just be sitting in there but he was busy figuring out how to get out with out being eaten by a hound alive.
