Chess

Chess can be considered an easy to get into, hard to master type of game. The rules are relatively simple and straightforward but the options are almost limitless.

I've mentioned this before, but I've played a decent amount of chess. The one game that I'm still astonished by and will probably never happen again is, one where I didn't lose a single piece. To be honest, I actually didn't even realize it until I won and it definitely wasn't goal.

[I'm not counting Scholar's mates, or any other early game checkmates since those are easy to pull off]

You probably won't believe it, I wouldn't either, but it was a match that I played against a decently skilled friend a few months back.

It's probably comparable to getting a sextuple jump in checkers, which is basically impossible and you've just decimated your opponent's hopes and dreams.
