Entry #8

After a week of clearing out the bodies, and reinforcing the place me and Lexa finally got the place set and ready to live.

We found a place for her bed, and one for mine much to the dismay of Lexa.

She got mad after I told her I'll be in another bed, she said "but I need to sleep with my love!"

After much arguing she finally relented and gave up on the fact of not sharing a bed.

Fast forward 2 days guess what I woke up to, Lexa's face sound asleep.

Anyway back to today, right now me and Lexa are scouring the perimeter to be the lay of the land, and to see landmarks for future use.

Not much, just more broken down buildings.

After we finished looking around we decided to go back to the settlement for supplies, we found a still useable car in with the loot we got from the idiots that lived in the hospital before us.

Pulling up to the settlement I asked one if the guards at the wall where can I park the car, he said inside the wall there is a place to park for free, "it's just a few streets down" he said with envy in his eyes.

Going in the wall with a car got a lot of envious glances from the people on the street.

I could see men and women looking on in greed, men starred at the beautie on my right with lust, women started at me with lust and greed.

"A car can bring out all these emotions in people?"

"Cars are seen as a luxury by all, only the people at the top can afford to have one." Lexa said.

'Makes sense.'

Pulling into a very well kept parking lot we saw only 3 other cars, one a black dodge charger, one looks like red and black mustang, another is a blue pick-up truck.

"Who is that in the jeep?" Asked Rex to the person on his left.

"Don't know maybe some new blood, he ma...Dude LOOK!" Said the person on the left.

Rex looked at where his friend is pointing, what filled is eyes was the definition beauty, one that can make any guys heart flutter.

'That girl is mine!' Rex thought as he started to move towards the jeep.

Antonio was sitting there about to leave the jeep when he stopped at a sudden noise.

*Click*

"Leave now and let the girl stay or you die!"

'I see this guy only thinks with his d**k'

"What if I say-"

*Thwack *

All I saw was a hand holding a gun fly in the air before hitting the ground with a thud.
