Watching Su Lin and Runyan leave the modelling agency, the men Tang Yue had prepared stood up from their hiding spots.

They had been waiting idly all afternoon for the duo to return and had even scouted a isolated place nearby, which provided the perfect chance to silently finish the two targets.

Looking at the duo exit the agency, everybody dispersed and silently got into their positions.

As soon as Runyan and Su Lin walked over to the corner to take a turn, one of the men quickly grabbed Runyan, and the other grabbed Su Lin and forced them into an isolated side-alley.

Previously this alley was not very hidden, but the men had arranged certain vehicles to isolate the alleyway.

Runyan immediately tried to shout and struggle but her mouth was gagged shut.

Unlike her, Su Lin hardly made any movements.

Her face had a blank impassive expression, but the redness in her eyes betrayed the anger inside her, especially on watching her friend being manhandled.

Su Lin waited for the men to take them to the corner they were clearly heading towards.

When she saw that they were finally alone, she quickly leapt into action.

Su Lin might not have her cultivation base or her monstrous strength at the moment, but her entire soul dripped with violence and bloodshed.

She had once waged a war with 500 cultivators all by herself. These piddling street thugs were nothing in front of her.

Within a matter of seconds, Su Lin managed to free herself from the man's grip by hitting the pressure point on his chest.

The burly man yelped in pain from the feeling of his chest stiffening and couldn't stop himself from freeing his grip on the hostage.

Once Su Lin was free, she quickly retrieved three pins, or rather three sharp silver needles from her messy ponytail.

She nimbly dodged the hands coming at her and went straight for the man who was holding Runyan.

With one clean sweep, she hit the man's heart center and the thug fainted on the spot.

Once Runyan was free, she quickly secured her against the back wall and stared at the remaining four men in front of her, with her eyes gleaming mysteriously.

Because right now, one of the men standing in front of her had a weapon of this world on his hands, a metallic black pistol.

Maybe the idiot hadn't heard that under close combat a knife is faster than a bullet.

It took Su Lin all of one second to assess the situation in front of her, and target the man with the weapon.

She nonchalantly swept her leg and crushed his ribcage, as the bullet grazed past her arm.

But before even the wound started bleeding, the gun was already in her hands and she quickly finished the entire fight, mercilessly putting down the thugs like animals.

When only she was completely sure that no more enemies were present around them, she let her guard down and checked on Runyan.

The poor girl stood like a statue with a bewildered expression on her face.

How on earth did her friend just execute some awesome movie scene worthy moves???

Is this a joke??

The Su Lin she knew was soft like a marshmallow.

She had thought that her friend had only changed her attitude and sharpened her tongue, but never did she imagine that she actually changed completely!!

"Lin… Lin…" She muttered and fainted.

Su Lin sighed and quickly helped her up.

Only two out of the six were actually dead. The remaining four were simply unconscious.

Now that she was already aware of their presence, in the future she can easily sense them coming from a mile away.

So she didn't have to worry about them surprising her again with a sneak attack.

And she might as well let them clean up their own mess.

She looked around again to make sure nothing was out of place and decided to leave the bodies right there.

She then got the hell out of that alleyway and hailed a cab from the other end of the street.

The wound on her arm was not too big to draw attention.

So the duo didn't have any trouble reaching back home.

But the minute the women disappeared from that street, two tall figures emerged from the shadows.

"Boss!! F*ck! Our cutie is so talented!!" Monkey shrieked in awe.

Since they were still hanging around in the city, Panther, one of their brothers caught wind of this deal going through and immediately warned Luther.

So while the men Tang Yue prepared had stalked Su Lin, Luther and Monkey were also silently stalking them.

Luther was about to leap into action, but his eyes widened as he saw the fragile young woman who looked like a kitten, mercilessly thrash around the fully grown men.

And a few moments later, just like that, the fight was already over.

Luther couldn't help but be amazed at her skills. Everything she did left an impression on him.

He watched her leave the alleyway and get a cab safely, and his lips curled upwards into a content smile.

"She might be lenient. I sure as hell am not." He muttered inaudibly and ended the lives of the remaining men as well.
