More Than That

Later that night, Davi was waiting for Sei as she laid quietly on the bed. She was yawning and a bout of sleepiness was being reflected in her eyes.

She felt tired and mentally exhausted, because of the overwhelming series of tests she took the whole day, back in city lab. But before she wanted to fall asleep, she needed to tell him about her plan of taking him out to meet her best friend tomorrow.

However, seconds later, Davi gave in and she finally closed her eyes as the world of dream started swallowing her.

That same moment, the door was quietly opened, and a man slowly walked towards the sleeping girl. He sat at the edge of the bed as he stared at her deeply for a long time. Until he just gradually found himself staring at her lips again. And the next second, an urge of wanting to kiss her suddenly surged within him causing him to instantly stiffened. He knew he was feeling those unfamiliar emotions again.
