Start Of The Cultivation

A few days past, Ye Zong fail to apprehend the mastermind responsible for the poisoning. Although he caught the servant who committed the crime, the guy was already dead when he was found. Ye Zong couldn't think any other way to find the origin, so he just tightened the security around the mansion.

But after that day Ye Yun decided she will be the one prepare three meal for her family and no one should involve. Thus, the problem temporarily solved.

Ye Long, on the other hand, knew who was the culprit, yet didn't see any compelling way to bring it into his father's attention. He also decided to put the matter aside, knowing with his grandfather around Sacred family won't be making any move. And his grandfather will be coming back in a few days.

"Long'er lets go, I will wake up your sister and Ning'er, go outside and wait for me" since Ye Zong was busy with work Ye Long couldn't start his training. Today Ye Zong came finding him to the kitchen while Ye Long helping his mother.

Ye Long looked reluctant, he woke up in the morning because he wanted to help his mother, "but, father, I'm helping mother, can't we do it in, like, a few hours later?"

"Long'er you can go, 'mother can handle it, moring is the best time to cultivate" Ye Yun smiled looking at her adorable son. Some times he was more helpful than Ye Ziyun who was a year older than him. She really loved them both.

"Alright, mother!" Ye Long turn around "Let's go, father,"

Ye Zong's mouth twitched, he couldn't stand and see mother and son's exchange. He felt annoying "You damn brat since you love your mother so much to point you simply forget…heh!…see how I train you"

"Of course I love you too daddy…!!" Ye Long acted spoil and scared after seeing his father become irritated. He knew although Ye Zong didn't show it he loved Ye Ziyun more than him. It's like always, a mother loves her son most and father loves his daughter the most. Of course Ye Long didn't mind.

"Haha!! We will see" Ye Zong laughed satisfyingly before the turning to leave "hurry up and go to the training ground"

A while later all three gathered designed a place for their practice. Since Ning'er and Ye Ziyun decided to have a sleepover it was natural she be there too. Ye Long greeted them both and talked usuals.

"Alright listen up" Ye Zong stood before them excluding strong aura "Since all three of you are young I will not teach you how to cultivate, but I will teach you how to sense Soul Force"

Ye Zong continued on with his lecture about ten minutes before giving another order.

"Yun'er you stay here and Ning'er you go over there, As for you brat, go a bit far away and start concentrate on surrounding soul force"

Ye Long obeyed and went under a huge tree before sitting down on cross-legged. According to his father after you feel surrounding soul force you should try to communicate with it and absorb it. Only after that, you use the Cultivation Technique to enhance your Soul Force.

He understood the principles of cultivation, as excited as he was Ye Long calmed his beating heart and concentrated. A few minutes passed, Ye Long completely immersed himself with the surrounding.

Another while went by Ye Long suddenly found out tiny specks surrounding him. Knowing it was the soul force, Ye Long delighted. He tried absorbing them and unsurprisingly he succeeded.

However, when he tried to use [Innate Invisible Sword Qi] Manual to enhance his soul force nothing happened. Soul force didn't act or didn't turn into [Innate Invisible Sword Qi] greatly puzzling Ye Long.

"Alright Ye Long you are the last to gather one stranded of soul force that enough for today"

Just when Ye Long decided to investigate it further, he heard Ye Zong speaking. When he opens his eyes sky was already dark.

He was shocked "Father how much time did I spend?"

"Well…strangly more than I expected," Ye Zong said with an odd expression. "After two hours two girls were able to feel soul force and gathered one stranded. You, on the other hand, spent almost a day"

"So what now?" Ye Long wasn't discouraged by this but puzzled by the strangeness of his situation.

"Continue to gather soul force, when it reaches hundred I will give you a cultivation technique," said Ye Zong patted his head "Let's go your mother made your favourite dish"

Although Ye Long nodded and followed his father, his mind was constantly wondering trying to find a possible explanation matches his situation.

'Could it be something to do with [Innate Invisible Sword Qi Manual]?'

'Well…I will find out soon' As he thought his mood improved and went inside the mansion. Before anything, one must eat his fill.
