On the path toward the dairy farm.
"So, this dairy...you guys really have food?" Mark asked.
"Sure do. We've lost most of the cattle, but we still have lots of milk, butter and cheese stocked up." the leading man of the two answer Mark.
"And with the vegetables we grow, we've got plenty of food." the second man added in.
The four people grouped together and talked about stuff, while Leonard and Carley followed them from behind, but never stayed close to them.
(A/N:well why there's an extra person you ask? Well, I don't get that logic either, it must be Ben just tagged along without giving anyone a head up, that's what happened in the game. I was surprised too!)
"It's nice to get away from that motel for a while. This Lilly/Kenny thing is starting to get ridiculous, personally, I'd be happier if you started to take charge more." Carley told Lee who was next to her.
"I agree with Carley on that one Lee." Leonard chimed in.
"But an indecisive leader isn't necessarily the best person to have to lead everyone, besides at least Kenny keeps us motivated, he believes in hope and knows how important it is for us to not give that up. I can't fault him for that." Lee told them.
"Indecisive? I'm sure you would kill a man if he should get in between you and Clementine." Leonard told him.
Lee just keeps silence.
"Or maybe you just don't want to be in charge?" Carley asked.
"Well not everyone thinks I'm so trustworthy," Lee told her.
"Not trustworthy? You mean about the case where you murder a man?" Leonard asked him.
The two of them just gave him a surprised look.
"You knew?" Lee asked.
"Yeah, you were on the news when I and my group arrived, I just don't want to say anything since I see that you genuinely look after and care for Clementine." Leonard bullshitted.
"Now it isn't the time to loathe and regret about the past, we got more important things to worry now." Leonard continued.
"You're talking about those two from the Dairy farm?" Lee asked.
"Yeah...those two...I don't trust them one bit," he answered to Lee.
"What do you thinking?" Carley asked.
"This is just too fishy...it's the kind of situation that's too good to be true...like in one of those horror movies where the villains tricked and lured his or her victim to their place and start to butcher them up," he told them.
The two of them then stopped and look at him.
"You're not serious are you?" Carley asked him.
"It's just a bad feeling Carley, but if I were you, I would be extremely cautioned to any person I met after the world gone to hell. Because there's always that chance of running into the crazy one," he told her.
"What kind of crazy are we talking about here?" Lee asked out of curiosity.
"I'm talking about stuff like cannibals, bandits, cults and slaves catcher," Leonard told him.
"What? They exist?" Lee looks at Leonard with horror-filled eyes.
"Oh yeah...anything could happen when the laws no longer exist, the dark side of humanity will show itself," he told Lee.
Carley just nodded, it seems like she agrees with Leonard on that one.
"It looks like we need to be on our guard at all time then," Carley suggested.
The two stranger whom now finish chatting with Mark began to drag Lee into their conversation, they asked him things like where he's from.
To which he replied, "I grew up in Macon."
"Right in the Heart of Georgia, that's what I like to hear!" the leader of the stranger (Andy) remembered Lee answer.
"Y'all seem to pretty settled in at that motor inn.who's running things over there?" Andy asked.
"We work as a group, all of us looking out for each other," Lee replied.
The St. John brother seen to take note of that.
"I hear that! There are so many dumbasses out there fighting each other these days...it's just stupid." Andy commented. "How many people ya got over there anyway?"The other St. John brother then asked.
"More than enough to defend ourselves." Leonard cut in and answered vaguely.
Lee gave him a look of appreciation since he's isn't the type to lies.
"Well, we'd love to get ya all out to the dairy. Like I said, we've got plenty of food, and quite frankly, we could always use an extra helping hand." Andy told the group.
They continued to chat about what life is like before all things gone to hell.
Until they spotted two people up ahead who were arguing, they had their face covered and carrying weapons.
The group quickly got down to the ground trying to stay out of their sight.
"Fucking bandits," Ben told the ground.
"Who," Mark asked.
Ben then told him that they're the old who attacked him before he met up with Lee and the other.
It was then that the argument between the bandits got heated up and one of them pulled out a shotgun and shot the other one multiple time while repeating the words "Fuck you" over and over until the clips empty.
"The world out here is gone to shit. Come on, let's get to the dairy where it's safe." Andy suggested and they all agreed.
