Chapter 3: A Fallen Angel And The God of Death -Adger Kichiro

After losing consciousness at the rooftop, When I woke up I was in this big white room. I stood up on my feet, confused, looking around.

" Where am I? "

When I asked that question, walls of that white room broke like glass, shattering and behind those white walls, there was a scenery which had emerged from the smoke, Not the beautiful one. That place was middle of a battlefield (though there was no one standing)- I could tell that by seeing bodies of dead people around me, some of them were missing head and some were missing their limbs. few of them were still screaming in agony. I approached one who was close to me, He had a deep cut on his chest but he was still conscious when I walked to him he didn't respond and kept griping dirt around him with one of his hand, trying to crawl somewhere? I tried to help the guy, I removed my school coat and when I tried to pressure that coat against his wound in order to stop the bleeding, my coat and hands went through him.

" He is some sort of hologram?! Wait!"

That was really strange, I stood back up ( I was on my knees to help the guy) and started thinking.

-Could be that I am dreaming? but it feels so real! and from what I know in dreams you cannot think logically but since I am thinking about these possibilities then it can't be a dream right?

While I was thinking all sort of possibilities, The guy who lies on the ground, waiting for his death, started mumbling some word. ( I don't think he can see me )

"l--ll--Lo..r.d! we---r.re *cough-hick* w--e;re s.o..ry *drops-dead*"

Did he just die?

I didn't understand what he was trying to say, ( I also used to speak like this?) but the guy, It seemed he was looking in a particular direction. I took the hint! and started walking in that direction but still, walking in middle these many dead bodies, someone would puke their guts out if they saw something lik...At this moment I realized something really crucial

" This is really strange, why I don't feel any sympathy towards these guys? why I am not disgusted by this view? -There are hundreds-no, thousands of bodies lying around me! some of them are still alive and screaming, I can hear their screams yet. I should've puked a few times by now but- "

Yea, I really should've puked a few time by now but I kept on walking since I was really curious about who these people are and why I am seeing this, why even I am here?- I can't help it if I don't feel anything towards them, There is nothing that I could do about it.

After a few minutes of walk-in those dead bodies- I saw a guy in distant, He was standing but his head was leaning towards the ground, I walked to him- up close, I saw a long sword stabbed on his back and the guy was dead or should I say that's what I thought.

" How are you still standing like this? "

I randomly mumbled it

" I See, So you have finally returned--- True God "

But dead guy answered?

-Did he just speak? I was sure that he is dead!

normally, I would've jumped back and run away but because of some sort of effect I was in, I was not able to feel anything. So, I replied as if it was a normal situation!

"Who are you and What is this place? "

Since this is not a dream, So I am sure, someone had brought me here and there should a reason to bring me to this place. Who was behind this anyway?

" Aha, my punishment isn't over yet, is it? excuse me for this rude request of mine but before I answer your question, would you allow me to see your face? With your permission, I will be able to move head "

My permission? And what punishment he is talking about? -I walked in front of him

" Well, Why just head? you can move your whole body if you want but! if it is painful. take it easy and heal yourself first"

At that moment I didn't know what I was getting into-

The guy who didn't move his head even a single inch whole time. He finally lifts his head and What I saw really surprised me, I was surprised! I was really really surprised to see my own face! but the only difference was I cannot show my emotions on my face so, I always have a poker face but---

-That's how I look like when I smile?

It was like as if I was looking in the mirror and my reflection had a smile, the smile that I wanted. I become a little envious.

"I Thank you, True God, for finally releasing me"

After lifting his head, He took a single step forward- While he moved one of his leg forward to take a step. A bright light from the sky came crashing on the guy- The long sword on his back was pulled out of him( It lifted up on its own) -I was not able to see who actually pulled the sword out but it felt as if the sword had a mind of its own. The torn clothes of his fixed themselves and Turned into a suit (a trench coat). Dirt on his face disappeared with his wounds.

Everything happened while he took that one single step forward. and that was beyond surprising for me (There sure are a lot of surprises in my life!) -Which is why I quickly backed up while he walked towards me but when he saw me backing up, He stopped walking towards me and suddenly kneeled

" PLEASE! FORGIVE ME FOR---! FOR MY RUDENESS! A filthy god like me shouldn't approach, The Almighty True God, Who rules over all the being Like this! "

Another surprise? but thanks to whatever affecting me right now I was being really calm but still what the heck? is this guy nuts? What is he even talking about!

" Just who are you? Why do you have my face! and what is this place? "

I finally asked him these questions, I had become impatient after watching all of this happening around me. Being immortal when I wanted to die? dying two times in a day and I almost died the third time at the rooftop when those guys.. Oh, when I think about it- What happened to the person who had two wings on his b-- let's not think about that for now and deal with the current situation of mine!

" Aha, I see! Your memories have yet to return. Then please let me introduce myself to you- My name is Adger Kichiro- The God of Death. I Serves under The God of Nothing and This Dimension is used for imprisoning Gods and The beings who rebelled against heaven or the laws. It is called ---------------- Umm, I forgot the name but I assure you, This place does have a name! " ( Adger )

Eh? (Did Those Effects of Being Calm Disappeared?! )

" What's wrong? " (Adger) Was my introduction bad?

-You got to be kidding me! This place--- This place is some sort of prison for GODS?! And This dude! He was a prisoner? And did he call himself a God? God of Death! I am seriously gonna shit myself right now, Oi That effect of being calm? Where'd you go? Why aren't you working anymore!!

" Eh..Eh.. Eto, I'm Really Sorry but I didn't mean to be -intruding This place. I didn't even know thi- this place was prison" (Aoi)

-This dude totally gonna kill me! he must be acting to be polite to make fun of my cowardness, Aha wait I can't die! but the pain! I really don't want to feel that again- Will he pity me and let me go? wait! I can't show any expression on my face and because of that, I must be sounding like a really arrogant person. Nobody gonna pity an arrogant person! *Panic-panic*

I become terrified when those strange effects of being calm disappeared but since I cannot show my expression- I still had a poker face, same as before. I know how helpful actually is the ability to make someone pity you is and people take it for granted.

After hearing my words, This person who called himself Adger seemed to be surprised even though I cannot show my expressio--

" Do not worry about it. After all, This place- It belongs to you, True God. You are not intruding- And I am happy that you finally came,(looks down in disappointment) even if that was by a mistake. " (Adger)

" Huh, This prison belongs to me? " (Aoi) -Since when did i become a jailor?

" Yes, You are the one who create-- Aha, Wait- Let me change the scenario first before we start talking " (Adger) -It might also help you to relax.

As he said that, The battlefield which we were standing on, started to disappear in the fog- Along with those screams of fallen soldiers. That battlefield turned into a grassland- As far as I could there was this flat land with grass all around, Shining sun on the top. Well, it sure helped to ease the atmosphere between me in this dude Adger

But how did he do it? Did he use some sort of magic?

"As I have said before, Master, It seems you have yet to regain your memories. I cannot possibly tell you a story worth billions of years since it would take a really long time so for now, I will give you the summary, making it as short as poss--" (Adger, He was interrupted by me)

" Umm, I Have a question! " (Aoi)

" But I have yet to start- Hm, Please go ahead and ask " (Adger)

" Whom you are calling Master?" (Aoi)

"Of course, That is you. Master " (Adger)

Eh? Wasn't he calling me -True God- or something just a few minutes ago? When did I become his master? Should I ask him or not? I might look really calm from outside but I am trembling inside! I am scared to ask him---But

I don't think he knows that I am scared, is my poker face actually helping me for a change? I am gonna take the chance!

*Deep-breath*

Here I go!

" Why are you calling me Master? " (Aoi)

" Because you are master? " (Adger)

" But When did i be--------------

It seems our time ran out, Please take this with you and be safe until we meet again (Adger- Words That I was not able to hear and i didn't realize he had given me something that I needed desperately- Courage)

" Become you ma--s--t---err? Huh? Why is it dark again? Where is that dude? " (Aoi)

As I was standing before Adger, talking to him. Everything suddenly became dark and silent. As if someone had turned off the light bulb.

and I suddenly realized that my eyes were actually close thus I opened them, only to see that unknown person with wings on his back from before.

" So, How was your journey Master? Did you meet Adger? "

-Again with the master! Who is this guy now? Huh! Why I am using him as a pillow!

For some reason, my fear was almost gone and I am sure it is not because of that * Calm-effect-Whatever* but-- Am I getting used to this kind of situation? This is bad! getting used to this kind of situation doesn't sound good at all--

Anyway, How does he knows I meet someone with name Adger? Is he also related to God's stuff?

By the way, I tried to move but I don't think I can move a single muscle of mine so, I will keep using him as a pillow.

"Just Who are you guys? " (Aoi) -Adger and This dude.

When I asked him this question, He smiled and replied

"Don't be impatient master, I will tell you everything. But Before that should we head to a more safe and secure place?"

Aha, When I look around myself. Tokugawa and Seimen are still frozen- Wait! What does he mean by safe and secure?

" Oi, What are you planning to do wi---ith--MEE---EEE" (Aoi)

He didn't even bother for my reply and suddenly I was middle of the sky in nowhere. Beneath my feet, was nothing- Thankfully the guy kept on holding me or my story would've ended right here!

" *Smiles* *Smiles* Let me see, let me see, Where I should start? My name is- Mikhail, A Fallen Angel who serves under The God of Nothing. The God of Nothing is the Title that Master hold, But of course, by master I mean you, Aoi Kichiro "

He just blurted out some really serious words with his stupid smile---
