I forgot to explain in the last chapter why the price of the rings is fixed at 1 Galleon.
This is because the Ministry has set aside a fund for this pricing at Ollivanders because they always need as many wizards and witches as possible, since witches and wizards use rings to channel their magic and most of them cannot cast proper spells without rings, they created this fund to ensure that everyone always has access to rings.
This chapter was supposed to be uploaded yesterday but I had some issues with Webnovel on my PC and couldn't post the chapter. Sorry for the delay.

BlackCrown
Palace of BlackHearts
In the largest library in the Palace, which is the residence of the BlackHearts, which is located on the highest hill in the city of BlackCrown, founded by the Founder, and which has served as the royal capital for 1500 years and the Grand Duchy capital for nearly 500 years, for the BlackHeart Dynasty that is nearly 2000 years old, Edward sat in an armchair next to the fireplace and read one of the books he bought from Diagon Alley.
[Author: BlackCrown is the capital of Scotland instead of Edinburgh, and their locations are almost the same.]
Edward had bought many things from Diagon Alley, and in the process had almost completely spent the 500 Galleons he had earned by selling gold and converting pounds.
His purchases, aside from his list of needs, included:
A magic hand mirror that was used for communication.
A black eagle he bought for his experiment.
All the new and old newspapers he could find from the Daily Prophet. Unfortunately, the oldest newspaper Edward could find was from 1980.
All of Hogwarts' textbooks, including the seventh year.
History books from various authors.
Etiquette books from the Wizarding World.
[Author: The Magical Hand Mirror is a magical device, similar to a telephone, used for texting, voice calls, and video calls.]

The first thing Edward did after coming to the palace was to start reading books about Magic Theory because he wanted to compare the method he used his own magic with the method used by wizards and witches and correct his mistakes.
According to the books, magic is an energy that moves with the will and imagination of the magic user. Edward could not find a mistake here because he also used his magic with this method.
It was written that magic can be heavily affected by emotions. Edward was surprised by this information, but when he compiled his past experiences in his mind, the things he experienced made more sense to him thanks to this information.
According to the books, although every living being on Earth has some magical energy, only 1 in every 1000 people could be a magic user and much less than that could reach Rank B.
Each magic user was assigned to a certain Rank according to their power from the Rank system created by the United Magical Nations. These Rank assignments were determined by the amount of magical energy and the density of magical energy of the person.
Every magic user experiences their first awakening when they are 5 years old and gain the ability to use magic.
The second awakening increases the magic user's magical energy amount and magical energy density, and generally occurs at age 10. When magic users reach age 11, the effects of this awakening have stabilized, making it the most suitable age to receive training.
The third awakening is the final awakening for some, and usually occurs between ages 15-20, and increases the magic user's magical energy amount and magical energy density.
After the third awakening, some magic users do not experience another awakening, while a rare number of magic users may experience their fourth or even fifth awakening.
Magical Energy Density is very important for magic users. Because the more intense the Magical Energy density, the more effective magic users can cast with less magical energy.
In short, magic user A has 5 times more magical energy than magic user B, but magic user B has 5 times more magical energy density than magic user A. Therefore, in a battle between the two, there is a 60% chance of a draw, while there is a 40% chance of magic user B winning.
While Edward was easily absorbing the information, the book touched on Gates and Dungeons.
Gates are portals that open to dungeons in other dimensions due to negative emotions.
There are monsters and creatures inside these dungeons. After the Gates are opened, if the dungeons inside them are not defeated within a certain period of time, an event called Dungeon Break occurs and the monsters inside the dungeon can freely come out of the Gates, create chaos and cause massacres.
The Gates also had a ranking created by the United Magical Nations, and the highest ranking was "S", which is very dangerous, while the lowest danger was "E", which is usually used for training students.
As an idea began to form in Edward's mind, he came across the following sentence.
''Non-magic users, Muggles, cannot see these Gates...''
Edward had an epiphany, he could now clearly understand why Magic Users were not trying to conquer the world or why others were not aware of them, because if Magic Users attempted a conquest, the negative emotions of the non-magic users would open too many Gates to handle, considering the number of non-magic users was in the billions, and this could lead to an apocalypse.
After Edward had his epiphany, he continued reading and understood exactly what the Guilds Professor McGonagall was talking about.
Guilds were like special military units in the world, and by defeating Dungeons and extracting the materials inside them, they were the most important organizations in the magical world.
Edward continued to read books on Magical Theories for a while longer, and when he was finished, he decided that it would be best to learn the history of this new world he was in.
It is not clear when exactly the Gates, the most important element of the Magical World, appeared, because written sources on the subject implied that the Gates existed long before these sources.
After reading the basics about the general Magical World History, Edward began reading the history of the Wizarding World.
The thing that caught Edward's attention the most was the Magical Knights, because all the knights and swordsmen in the Wizarding World who knew how to use Aura died while fighting The Black Dragon, and the last surviving swordsman and knight, Arthur Pendragon, did not teach this art to anyone else, and after his death, this art disappeared like the King's divine sword Excalibur.
The terrible and evil creature called The Black Dragon terrorized the north of Britain, leading the greatest Magic Users of the time, Merlin Emrys, Morgana Le Fay and Arthur Pendragon, to join forces against this creature.
King Arthur's party, called the ''Hero's Party'', fought a legendary battle with the Dragon and managed to defeat the Dragon, but at what cost?
After the battle, the three heroes who fought against the evil dragon either disappeared or were thought to have died from their wounds, and this caused great chaos, especially the death of King Arthur of Camelot, which deeply shook Britain, because the king, who could be considered young, died without an heir, and this led to the division of the Kingdom and endless civil wars.
Edward continued reading the history of the Wizarding World, but apart from the Dwarf rebellions, there wasn't much interesting information in the following pages until World War II.
Gellert Grindelwald, the Dark Lord, was the man who caused World War II.
Muggles caused great damage to the Magical World due to World War I because the negative emotions that emerged caused a great increase in Gates and the number of dangerous Gates increased greatly, and because of this, the death rate in the Magical World reached its highest levels.
Magic users generally did not care much about the wars of non-magic users because small increases in Gates could earn them more materials and gold, so they allowed the wars to happen, but the negative emotions that emerged during World War I greatly increased the number of Gates, especially in Europe, and this led to the establishment of the European Magical Commonwealth.
The purpose of the establishment of the European Magical Commonwealth was to unite their forces by dealing with the Gates, which were too many at the time, and to reduce the number of deaths in the dungeons, but even after the decrease in the Gates, this alliance was not broken up but was strengthened by the Magical Ministries and used to achieve world domination, which caused other continents to establish their own Commonwealth.
Not long after World War I, Gellert Grindelwald, who was ranked as an S+ Rank wizard, placed an illusion on a Muggle and turned him into his puppet. Grindelwald's aim was to enslave Muggles and use them for the benefit of Magic Users. Grindelwald's bright idea attracted great interest from some of the magic users in Europe, who had already suffered a lot from the Muggles' World War I, and after gaining enough support, Grindelwald put his plan into action.
He caused the start of World War II by using the Muggle he had made his puppet.
Grindelwald had Muggles taken captive and placed in camps where they could be used when necessary, putting them under magical sleep so that no negative emotions would arise and their existence would be completely under his control, allowing him to control the Gates.
Grindelwald's plan was going very smoothly, Albus Dumbledore, who was powerful enough to challenge him, was unable to fight him due to the blood oath they had made, and he had almost all of Europe in his hands.
However, considering the consequences of Grindelwald's alarming plan, all the Commonwealths of the Magical World formed the United Magical Nations after a conference and took action against Grindelwald, the person leading this action was Albus Dumbledore, who had managed to break the oath.
Thanks to magic users from all over the Magical World, Europe was slowly being freed from Grindelwald's rule, but Grindelwald was still very powerful, especially with the legendary elder wand in his possession.
It is not known who made the Elder Wand and other Deathly Hallows, but the stories told generally portray the maker of the Deathly Hallows as the Goddess of Death.
The Elder Wand is a very powerful magical tool, a very special and unique wand that can take any form its user desires and obeys only the strongest.
Grindelwald was sure that he was invincible with this wand in his hand, but Albus Dumbledore proved otherwise and managed to defeat Grindelwald in a duel that started in the skies of Berlin and ended in the Atlantic Ocean, and as a result, he was hailed as the most powerful wizard and even magic user in the world.
Grindelwald disappeared after the Duel and no one was ever seen again, but no one was sure that he was dead because they had no evidence to confirm his death.
Although the decades after World War II and Grindelwald's disappearance passed peacefully, this time an event that did not affect the entire Wizarding World, but did affect the Wizarding World greatly.
The 2nd Dark Lord known as Voldemort had risen and had taken action against Muggleborns and even half-bloods by sickly defending Pureblood superiority.
Voldemort had gained a lot of power with his supporters who followed him and had terrorized magical Britain and Ireland.
Albus Dumbledore, on the other hand, had tried to protect Muggleborns and half-bloods from the Dark Lord's actions with the power of The Order of Phoenix and the Ministry.
Despite this, Voldemort continued to terrorize because he had the Purebloods behind him and the Purebloods' Guilds and wealth gave him unparalleled power.
Voldemort continued to terrorize in 1981, when he received a prophecy about his death, and wanting to end the prophecy before it began, Voldemort visited House Potter's house one night.
On that fateful night, Voldemort cast his signature spell, Avada Kedavra, on the boy mentioned in the prophecy, but something went wrong and the spell backfired, causing him to be struck dead by Voldemort's own signature spell, leaving a lightning bolt scar on the boy's forehead as a sign of his victory. This boy was Harry James Potter, or The Boy Who Lived, or The Chosen One...
Edward set the book down on the table after reading the last page, he had learned something about this new world he had entered, and if there was one thing he had learned, he discovered that magic users were much less different than non-magic users than he had thought.
Edward sat back and sighed as he noticed something strange in the Palace.
He opened his Violet Eyes and got up from where he was sitting, yes, something was definitely different, as if he could sense something that hadn't been there before...
