Thursday

Luna was woken up by Kelly screaming through the earpiece. "Rise and shine Lu!" Kelly yelled. Luna groaned and cursed under her breath. She was about to talk when someone suddenly knocked on her door. "What?" she responded, loud enough for the person on the other side of the door to hear. The door slowly opened and her father peeked in. "Sweetie?" he said, earning Luna's full attention. "what do you want?" she responded as she saw her father walk into her room. "will you please eat with breakfast with us. We have plans for today and your mother wants to inform you about the plans personally" he explained in a soft tone. Luna felt a bit confused as to why her father is acting soft around her instead of being aggressive like her mother. "alright. I'll just take a shower and I'll come down for breakfast" she answered in a monotone. Her father nodded and walked out of the room, closing the door behind him. "was that your father?" Kelly asked once she heard a door closed. "who else" Luna responded as she stood up from her bed. "why does he sound so soft? I thought he's twice as aggressive as your mother" Kelly mentioned. "yeah. Come to think of it, father never really yelled nor hurt me both emotionally and physically. Ever since I was still a young and naïve kid, he's always been caring and soft towards me" Luna explained. "I'll be back. I'm going to take a shower and eat breakfast with them. don't worry, I'll put my earpiece back on when I'm done showering so that you'll hear our conversation" Luna added as she goes through her closet to choose an outfit to wear. she picked out her undergarments, a plain white shirt, black leggings, and red high-cut converse, and went into her bathroom. She then locked the door, placed her clothes on the counter next to the sink, and removed her earpiece to place it gently on top of her clothes. She takes her clothes off and hops in the shower.

After a few minutes, she walks out of the shower and wraps her body with a towel. She walks towards the counter and grabs the earpiece to wear it in her right ear. As soon as she wore the earpiece, she heard Adrien singing a song. "seems like someone is having a concert right now" Luna mentioned with a smile while she wears her clothes. Adrien stopped singing and laughed a bit. "Hello love," he said, greeting his beloved. "Good morning" she responded. "any plans for today?" he asked. "I guess. Father told me to eat breakfast with them since mother wants to talk to me about our plans for today" she explained. "you're bringing us with you, right?" he asked. "of course, I am" she answered. "anyway. I'm just going to dry and tie my hair, then I'll eat breakfast with them. I'll talk to you later" she added. "okay. Take care cupcake" he said. Luna just hummed and started to fix her hair and wore her shoes right after.

After getting ready, Luna walks downstairs and into the dining room. "took you long enough" her mother mentioned as Luna sits down on the chair in front of her father and beside her mother. "not as long as when you're the one getting ready" Luna responded, earning a chuckle from both Kelly and Adrien that she heard through the earpiece. She tried to hold in hers and almost failed. She lowers her head and fakes a cough to stop the urge to laugh. "anyway, what's the plan for today?" she asked. "we'll be going to the company's building. You will be looking around and try to understand what our business is. That way, hopefully, when you've changed your desire in living, you'll run the business" her mother explained, not even looking at her. Luna rolled her eyes and asked one of the maids in the room to make her an iced coffee. "do I really need to? Also, you already know that I won't, and will not change, mother" she answered, earning a small smile from her father. She looks at him confused. "what are you smiling at?" her mother asked her father. "nothing, honey" her father answered, erasing the smile on his face. "there is seriously up with you, I wonder what," Luna thought. As they were eating, her father called one of the maids and whispered something, and the maid walked away and out of the dinning room. "what was that John?" her mother asked. "I just told her to fix Luna's room" her father, John, answered. Luna shrugged his actions off and grabbed her glass of iced coffee. "I'll just wait in my room. Call me or something when we're leaving" Luna said as she stood up, holding her glass of coffee.

Once she entered her room, her eyes landed on an outfit on her bed, along with an elegant high heel on the floor. She closed the door behind her and walked closer to her bed. She then saw a small note on top of the long sleeves. She picked it up and reads it.

Wear this instead. Take it as a gift from me

"is anyone there" Luna whispered, hoping someone hears her through the earpiece. "I'm here boo. Adrien is in the washroom, we're both training our asses off here. But anyway, what's up?" Kelly answered. "Remember my plan?" Luna asked. "yes, what about it?" Kelly responded. "don't shoot my father. There's something up with him, I just got to know what" Luna explained. "alright. I'll inform Ace and Adrien about this" Kelly said. Luna just hummed and looked at the outfit. On her bed, there's a white long-sleeved top that's neckline is low enough to show her collarbones, a black bootcut pants, a black purse beside the outfit, and some jewelry. On the floor, aligned with the outfit, is a pair of black 3 inched heels. "not bad" she said to herself. She picks up the clothes on the bed and went into her bathroom to change. Once she closed the bathroom door, she noticed a basket full of make-up and make-up brushes in it, beside is a curling iron. "what is happening" she said out loud. "what is happening?" Adrien asked through the earpiece. "First, my father gave me this stunning outfit, then I just see this basket of make-up and a curling iron beside it" Luna explains. "maybe he has a surprise for you or something" Adrien guessed. "maybe, but I don't want to get my hopes up. I'm not forgetting that they literally kidnapped me. but anyway, I'm going to change, again, and fix myself I guess" Luna said and started to change and get ready for the second time.

After about an hour or so, Luna walked downstairs to find her parents waiting for her. once her father saw her, he smiled widely, but made sure that her mother didn't see him smiling. "took you long enough, again. But if it's because you changed into that outfit, I'll let you pass this time. Now hurry up and let's go" her mother said in annoyance and walked away. it may not seem like it on the outside, but on the inside, her father felt so happy. Seeing his daughter wearing the outfit he gave her, all dressed up, looking like a boss, it filled him with joy and happiness. He just nodded at her and followed her mother. Luna was still confused about his actions, but just shrugged it off and followed behind them.

"You'll do great. I know you'll change this business, but I am looking forward to that," her father thought
