While reading this, you'll be looking through the personal life of those the TCF have encountered. At the end of the document, if the document does not explicitly state its containment, assume that it has been contained by the TCF.
However, if it says that the suspect is freed, and out in the wild, you must take all precautions necessary to protect yourself from the escaped Trollge.
The TCF stands for Trollge Containment Foundation, a society of soldiers and scientists dedicated to securing and containing the Trollges.

{Danger Level: How likely a Trollge is to attack you upon encounter.}
{Incident: Incident is the term used to describe something or someone that is seen or documented to have abilities unobtainable by the normal human, such as an inhuman body, gravikinesis or even full control of another's body.}
