This question isn't related to this fanfic (which is great so far) but, were you the author for the MHA OC fanfic with the MC having chess-like powers? If so, what happened to that if you don't mind me asking?

Thank you for asking. I thought I would get a question related to that soon. Yes, I am the author of Royal Gambit. To answer your question, long story short, someone doxed me and began posting my story on other platforms but they took my story and twisted it, making the MC racist and xenophobic amongst a culmination of other things. I found out who the culprit was (someone close to me unfortunately). The situation has been handled, but I lost motivation to continue the story after that situation. It’s unfortunate because I loved the story and his Quirk (as I’m sure many readers did as well). Maybe in the future I will pick it up again.
