Review Detail of Not_Fun_ in The Hokage Married Tsunade

Last time I read an MTL with a similar plot was one where the transmigrated MC was married to Kushina...... and she NTR'd him with Mikoto dozens of chapters later. He remains oblivious to it as well. I've been fucking traumatized ever since. Just by reading the title and synopsis I can SMELL the odor of a horrible Naruto novel.
