Catchy and thrilling!!! The story revolves around a web of secrets and mysteries. The female lead of the story does justice to the title she is entitled to i.e., Vixen. Fierce, authoritative and charming Feng Tiang, is beauty with brains. Belonging to a family of royals she knows how to present herself in a variety of situations and how to always come up with quick witty replies. With a personality that doesn't easily fades away in the background, and the aura and grace she carries with her, she is hellbent on getting what she wants. But behind the intimidating facade there is a woman who got done dirty in the past and now seeks revenge on those who destroyed her. Feng Tiang prefers mind over heart and have chosen her pawns carefully keeping in mind the game she is playing. The male lead Qi Yan, although beguiled by Feng Tiang, finds himself in a position where he cannot deny her proposition. On the contrary, he accepts it as an opportunity to get a window to her life, so he could know her better. As a reader, i like female leads who are not afraid to lose anything in order to achieve what they desire for. The female lead of this book radiates some bad bitch vibes who isnt afraid of anything but there is a backstory to it. i also like how the author have introduced so many characters already who have their own specific role to play as the story advances. Overall i am hooked by the book, and would like to recommend it to everyone who is interested in novels where female leads stand out for themselves and dont need anyone's favour. my kind of book so i give five stars
