Review Detail of DustyDream in The Drag System [ON-HIATUS]

A quick note about the author: Docaqui is super kind, and helped me fix my book cover when I was just starting out. Plus, the story looks interesting. Moving on to the review... (Forgive me if I'm too blunt or rude, I'm an idiot!) I don't know why, even before reading the summary, I had the feeling that this was going to be a funny story (ehe), but it's more on the serious side. :< A drag racer becoming a drag queen was super interesting to me, though I don't know much about either of those drags! :p But... I don't think I particularly like the main character based on the first seven chapters released so far. That's not to say he's a bad character, though, just doesn't fit my preferences of main character (which are kind of trásh, but that's how I like them!). I like characters who are both selfish and witty, and just a little more charming than the rest. From what I understand so far, he's very attached to his parents (which is cool), but also not very bright. This can be a good thing for the story, though, based on how you take it forward? As for the story itself... it's definitely interesting. I don't know where you plan to take it, though. With Duckie, the whole open system thing, and three completely unrestricted wishes (in which even long dead characters can be revived), there is just no way for me to guess. Anyway, I hope your story can do well in the contest. I will root for you!
