Interesting start with different pokemon than what most fanfics would use. The pokemon increase in strength fast but that is probably not the focus of the fanfic( I am not sure), the route looks like the op hidden type which I haven't seen in pokemon fanfics before. So I am really excited for this and hope the author is of the same mind too and doesn't drop.

In original anima, the path taken by Ash is jumbled from one place to another. Here, I have taken reference from the Kanto Map from Pokemon Generation I games. And for the fast strength growth, just think it also like games where you can defeat Mythical and Legendary with over-leveled Pokemens with the help of held items and X- items.
