Anti-Monitor, Krona, Mr. Mxyzptlk, Spectre, Lucifer Morningstar, The Presence(God), Parallax, Darkseid, plenty more than that. Easiest one to write about would most likely be Darkseid, as he is a fierce nemesis for superman and supergirl.

Also, since Kai seems to want to be a force for good, I'd say Lucifer Morningstar would be one of the most interesting enemies, considering how powerful and manipulative he is.
