The first 20 chapters are Canon + stalker. After that, the story finally has changes worth a damn and grows to become a very entertaining fic. I rated it quite high as a result. I had wanted to drop the fic early on because nothing changed from canon. Then I stuck around out of curiosity if this guy would ever deviate from canon and was pleased to find he did, and from then on did so drastically. It was quite fun to see the author grow in his skills from then on out, he clearly was upset by the criticism, but managed to rise to the challenge by giving it his all. The result being that after chapter 20 the fic becomes pretty good! So chin up, author. You did great work and grew beyond anyones expectations despite the adversities. Well done.

Well, thanks for sticking with it. At first, I thought you were just a bitter man who would drop it after reading the first few chapters. But as you have seen and as I have told many others who decided to drop it, the story gets better from the fourth year. Many just don't have the patience. I agree though, the starting chapters are pitiful and I'm not proud of them. But I also can't think of any way to improve them.

I'm a bit of a sarcastic prick with dark humor at times, I'll admit that much. Then again my best quality is that I'm also quite honest when it comes to my reviews and how I feel about things in my replies. I'm not actually out to make people miserable or something but I can't help but want to give my opinion on things either. No one is perfect, no story is either, but there is the truth that by doing something you will improve, some more than others but practice always makes perfect in the end but without negative or constructive feedback it's even slower going. People tend to rate 5 stars and praise the hell out of things that really aren't that good. how is someone supposed to improve then? When they don't know what to work on? I notice that this is one of the main reasons I don't seem like a nice guy on here, and am a bit harsher than I am on other sites without a rating system... And being able to comment on paragraphs really doesn't help my image either as I cannot resist commenting on those with my poor form of humor... You did say it would get better later on, which was one of the factors that caused me to become curious if it really did and read on. Often when I sound like I'm about to drop it, I don't untill I say I do. Usually with a comment on the paragraph that is the final drop in the bucket or if I realise I haven't returned to a story in ages in whichcase i just remove it. I don't think you should bother changing something about the story since it's already there. It's better to take the experience and lessons you've learned writing this story and bringing it to the table when your working on your next project. There's no point in looking back on a story, only forward to the next. ;) So use that energy to write more stories rather than fixing the old ones ;)
