In a facility where they do adamantium bonding, and they have a vat of adamantium, why wouldn't they make a cage that could hold them? It doesn't need to be pure adamantium, a coating is enough.

Smallville Jumpchain Document had a ton of free Companions. Free is free. But it doesn't unfold immediately. Tyson is unaware of the Character Sheet, and Companions must be willingly recruited. Besides can't get Lana too soon. What's Smallville without Lana-drama?
