In fact, the whole book was specially made as hypertrophied as possible, you should not take it all seriously. The whole story was written by me because of a couple of jokes with my friends in discord when we were playing Hearts of Iron 4 and joking about the stupidity of the mechanics of the Soviet Union in the game. Somehow we came up with the idea of this book.

I have already explained in the description that I am Russian and my English is at a rather weak level and therefore I used a translator.
