i can't say you are perfect there are some flaws but nothing more, story is good but I think you don't have a clear picture in mind, I can't say anything about your MC because let's be real he doesn't have many lines and relationships with other feels out of place ( i guess because he transmigrated Directly 15 years, after and didn't have any control ) and the things you mentioned like grammer and short chapters it's not a big issue people make mistakes and it's okay and i would have a short chapters then just info dumps or too much fluf, story is over all good but I think you can build more of his personality.
