this is a bit too résumé for me,for exemple tame enough gryffon and pegase for a legion is huge, but you don't talk about the training of this beast for war and the soldier for learn to fly with them. This need some infrastructures, time, skill and craft for adapt the équipements. This is just a resume without any développement or personnality. But the idea has potential. A kingdom building is a difficult style of writing.
