It's long compared to my usual chapters, which are usually 1500ish words.
A fairly long chapter but I thought of a lot of questions that would be asked. The 950-caliber was the highest-caliber sniper I could think of. The bullets are chunky looking. Gacha is in 2 chapters. Hope you enjoyed the chapter and until next time Ciao.

Because he can still control things from behind the scenes if they don't suspect Rio Magus of the Techno Union. As for a double life, it's not that difficult as Rio doesn't make public appearances often.
With the perk, I was confident in keeping Rio Magus the CEO of the Techno Union separate from me for the time being. Even if someone suspects it they would have to figure out how a clearly equine being is the same as a clearly human being. Moreover, there is literally no proof that I am the CEO of the Techno Union. I made sure of that. Once I was sure that I was ready I teleported to the meeting hall. Which was chosen to be Geneva due to its historic neutrality. Even now it remains neutral. It doesn't fall under the influence of the Crystal Imperium, Hydra, or the Ten Rings.

Loki gets trolled pretty hard. But he kind of deserves it as logically he should have been punished more in the original story. I mean he attempted to destroy Earth. Sure he failed but that doesn't change the fact that what he did was wrong. As for Rio getting Earth out of the treaty, it's because it would only drag him into conflicts. At this point, Earth under the Crystal Imperium is more than safe from outside threats. The next chapter will be about the first public appearce of Rio in his Alicorn form. Until next time Ciao.

Rio: "Some will some won't. The followers are the ones I care about as when a human is faced with undeniable proof that a being is capable of divine things their beliefs will be challenged. Some will leave their former faith behind and join me. Some will be die-hards in their beliefs. The die-hards will likely join Hydra under the pretense of eventually attacking me and removing the false god. That will only benefit me. I intend to create a religion about harmony. It will be about looking past one's appearances and accepting our differences. After all my empire will consist of many species, not just humans."

An odd idea but I will consider it.
Let me know if anyone has suggestions as to where the Teen Titans home base should be. They will be this world version of the Justice League as they have no oversight and can operate anywhere. Iron Man might join said group but they would likely be called the Titans and not the Teen Titans. A Map of what the world looks like in terms of control will be released in a future chapter. Same with the USA map once the 2nd Civil War begins. Until next time Ciao.

In the new capital city in the Siberian Wastes.
It will have me come off as a magical creature that offers people the chance to change their race as long as they swear loyalty and meet some criteria. That and the advanced technology. The next big change is the influx of around 100 Million Equines. I went across the world and asked them to join, and all of them agreed. Some asked for their owners to come with, and I agreed as long as they could pass the test. Only a few hundred did. Which led me to the placement of Crystal City. The capital of the Crystal Imperium. I have made it into a truly massive but well-organized city. As it currently stands, it can support 125 Million residents before needing to be expanded. I placed it in the Siberian Wastes. I just transformed the entire area into a paradise on Earth. I also placed Minas Tirith. That city was placed on the East Coast.

Begin Again In Marvel

Authors Preamble: This is my first novel so if you see anything wrong leave a comment so I can try to improve and/or fix it. My plans for updating this novel is hopefully everyday but I cannot guarantee that as I have a job and a life outside of this. I will try to have at least 1500-2000 words per chapter but I will focus on ending points so I don't just go on with a chapter for no reason. --------------------------------------------------------- This is a story about a Rio who dies when he wasn't supposed to. The gods decide to give him 2 choices, Rio chooses the second which come with 5 wishes. This sends him outside his home Omniverse into somewhere. First stop will be a sort of tutorial world/Universe and then the main world/Universe which is the MCU with some differences. Rio will have the force, a modified gamer system, a Riolu egg and DNA lock. I will not be writing any explicit scenes but they will be implied by fade to black when the time comes for such a situation. I have not decided on if it will be harem or not, most likely not unless readers really want it. Though there will likely be 2 females in the relationship at least but I don't really see that as a harem. If you have any suggestions leave a comment.
