Important Notice: This is a more seriously written version of my other story of the same title. It is written in an attempt to realize the potential I was wasting in the idea of a tamer. It was only possible because RikuKage helped me with suggestions for the foundation of the plot and the balancing of the skills. Go check out his works, might see something you want to read there. -------------- Finding himself in a world he knows little about, a young adult tries to find his bearings. He ventures the wilds in the company of unlikely people and heads to the place where all gather, where many trials await him. -------------- What you will read below is included in the auxiliary disclaimer chapter that will include other things. Though not necessary, I recommend reading the disclaimer chapter. Currently, the update schedule is going to be in batches, where I upload a chapter per day (8PM GMT+3) starting from Saturdays, until the chapters of that batch run out. Another very important thing is that the story starts with a lot of build-up. Be aware that the first 17 chapters will be before he reaches Orario. NOTICE!!! If you did not like this version of the story, check out the other one. I am writing a more serious version to try and realize this story's potential. (Line Break) Waking up in an environment he both recognizes and does not, a man is forced to find a new home. He will use what he knows and remembers to stay alive and grow stronger. He will protect his new family, his familia. (Line Break) This fanfiction is more of a wish fulfillment. You don't need to expect it to be balanced in any way. If you proceed with reading it, you will see some broken skills, messed-up events, forced plot, and other absurdities. Tolerate them. This story was not meant to be good. It was meant to contain my fantasies and for me to have fun writing it. The slice of life part intensifies chapter 24 onwards. If you felt like the earlier chapters are rushed, that is because they were. Read until chapter 24, where the story takes things slower. Well, the R-18 tag there is not meant for sexual content, but for how there are mentions of brutal fighting. Targeting major blood vessels? Check. Bludgeoning? Check. Crushing and lots of gore and viscera everywhere? ... This one is more of a "Maybe check", but it makes an appearance in some chapters. I do not have a good synopsis yet, so I deal without it. Before anything else, you should know this. The story may describe gore and/or other forms of violence. Make sure you are ready for it when it happens. If you need your parents' supervision, then take their permission to read this story after telling them to read the rest of the text here. Although this story is meant as my practice grounds for when I take my first steps to write my original stories, I will see it to the end, to the epilog chapter. There is no stable update schedule since I have to attend college and also write another story. The chapters will come out whenever they are ready. I have little experience in making things balanced and tend to make them fast-paced. I will try, but there is no promise in this statement.
