Obito was saying stuff, that was driven by pure emotions. Sacrifice… he hated that word, did his sister need to sacrifice herself in that car accident. He didn't want to live then… she was the only relative that he had left. Yet she was gone… gone for what… some bullshit called sacrifice.

Though, he tended to treat her like a little sister more, due to her mental age and all. 'It also kinda reminds me off her…' A distant memory of his past life he wanted to erase. Still, Obito's childhood instincts would kick in sometimes reminding him that he was a trapped in a child's body and all of this wasn't real.
