yeah but that was 3 years ago and i gained a few kg of muscles but i didn't workout since around July 2023 so that's to be expected that i regained my initial weight but in fat and muscle instead of just fat like before. so, good advice is when you do it, just eat meat when you start eating again, and workout a lot (lift weights mostly) then after a few weeks eat eggs, potatoes, cereal (nature not flavored), then as you workout you can start eating normally again.
