The point I was trying to make was for mc to give more platform for his citizens to innovate and also to promote innovation like what the Mta does for mechs in the mech touch Doesn’t cost him much and if they succeed he gets a lot Cause right now his whole system of advancing civilizing completely depends on assimilating more races and tech from them and as a result of that getting more system points
